Pray for the leadership, that they follow God, no matter what.
Pray for the pastor, that if he needs a second job, that he gets one that is peaceful, or that it is at least a great place of ministry opportunity.
Pray for the visitors, that they experience the One True God. That they learn about Jesus and see Christ-qualities in the congregation.
Pray for the congregation, that they give (work, resource, money, time, testimony) as each person is called on by God.
Pray for other churches, that there will be greater cohesion in a time of greater need.
Pray for the Spirit's conviction on those who who made pledges and wrongfully walked away,
or that the right people (personal or as a business) give to help meet basic needs.
Pray that the Enemy does not get a foothold in the Pastor's life, or anyone one else in the leadership.
Pray for wisdom, discernment, application, and love-- born out of the True Vine, the True Spirit, from the Almighty God.
Pray for continued meditation on God's Word.
Pray that others will hide His Word in their heart(s).
Pray for more workers, safe workers, diligent workers-- especially concerning children.
Pray for babies toddlers, kids, teens, young adults, adults, and older and the oldest adults.
That whoever shows up, someone is at the ready, spiritually, to welcome and encourage that individual and/or group.
Pray for cross-cultural, local diversity, as a natural growth from loving others.
Pray for authentic praise that stems from mere human happiness.
Pray for expressions of worship to not hinder others' receiving the gospel.
Pray for me. Pray for decisions concerning the above. Pray that I will be supportive at the right time in the right way.
Pray that God opens up the right work opportunity, so I can earn more to give more.
Finally, I praise God. Because even when the world looked to be lost, He saved Noah. He saved through Joseph, Moses, Joshua, so many more-- but He also SAVES through Jesus. I praise Him because, even when we look to be down for the count, He still Saves, Raises, Restores.
All for His Glory, Amen.
