Hi all,

I am having a rough evening. I need some peace of mind as i deal with panic attacks. A lot of anxiety for no reason lately, would like some encouragement. I also wanna share that Jesus bless you all and bring peace to you, and i hope to see replies here soon as i would really love some uplifting words right now.
