So as the title suggest I want to form a team like this withing the chritian chat community. I myself do not have this gift but some people are natural prayer warriors their prayers have power in them that exceeds people like me who walk more strongly in other gifts.

I know it is a long shot but I see all these prayers requests and I also see and hear the struggles and pain many on cc go through who don't make requests for whatever reason.

The purpose is for the power of prayer to flourish and bring about actual change and healing both physical and inner. I have never seen the power of prayer for myself but I fully believe in it and I know that there are people out there who walk powerfully in this gift and honestly I cannot stand to see all these people struggle and suffer and I am tired of not being able to do anything about it.
But I cannot do it by myself so If anyone wants to help out with this even if it is just to help and even if you do not walk powerfully in this gift Jesus said where two or more are gathered together there I am with them. If we can gather a decent amount of people in order to actually get it started if it gets that far I want to make a way for everyone to get together and make a plan layout, I know there are groups and stuff on here but those groups don't really tend to be active at all.

I am hoping to have groups for different kind of prayers things that prayer warriors are more tender towards or have more understanding of that particular need making them more qualified for that praying for that particular issue.
Physical and inner healing, strengthening and empowerment, encouraging of the spirit for the down and broken financial issues and help ect.
And I will always be open to suggestions or help in any way but I am just hoping that we get enough people on board to do this because I don't know about you but I think such people are greatly needed.

"Let us pray these words are heard.
Bless you for your thoughts. Let us be reminded, prayers are often encouraging.
Meaningful prayers are meant to be just that. Prayers should be considered of great
importance, and not to be taken lightly, and God is not like a vending machine, to just
ask and expect things to happen. Confidence in believing of the 'presence' of the Holy Spirit
in ones life, shall bring cause of meaningful prayers, and to be clear, prayers are seldom
answered in ways the man mind would think of...believe it.
I have learned over many years, the profound significance of spiritual 'awareness', as things
are often revealed in ways never thought of on my own. And, selfishness and being self- centered
have no place in a meaningful prayer. And, one may be articulate in putting words together,
and quoting things from the 'pages'....one must wonder...where is the inspiration of
the Holy Spirit in many of the lives? Let us pray to know of 'Christ In Us' shall be a revelation
of a spiritual 'awakening' that which brings cause of spiritual 'awareness', within ones own self.
'Praise God'.........I'M Alive...I'M Alive...I'M Alive...........I pray of love and peace upon all that come by."

Yes I understand that not all prayers would be answered like that but even such prayers as that regardless of the answer has the ability to move mountains.
In the early church the apostles and everyone in that church prayed for each other constantly and some even excelled in certain areas of prayer
I may not have been able to see or experience the miracles of prayer for myself but I know it is possible
Even if it is only a few people there is real power in such believers prayers those who are passionate for God and for the well being of others who are in constant prayer daily anyways these are the kind of people who I believe can shake the world.

It may be a bit out there and maybe seem like I am trying to attempt the impossible but God often uses his children rather than directly interact and this idea of mine just popped in my head as I was talking to God about the well being of people but whether it takes off or not is not up to me iit is up to God and those who have the initiative and the passion for it to act on it, but only if God speaks to their hearts to.

But I figured if it is God's will and it is done then who knows how far he will take it and how many lives would be changed and if it is not then at the very least we tried but anything God has ever done great things with the person has to be bold enough to take the first step

Wonderful Thread, @Blain! Thought I'd throw in the "Lord's Prayer" from Luke:

Luke 11 King James Version (KJV)
11 And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.

2 And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

3 Give us day by day our daily bread.

4 And forgive us our sins; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil.

5 And he said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves;

6 For a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him?

7 And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not: the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee.

8 I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth.

9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

10 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Your Ears and Heart were attentive to the Temple in Jerusalem, we're not in Jerusalem but we are Your Temple made without hands......may Your Holy Spirit help us to pray according to Your Will and may You hear our prayers on this Thread and unite our faith in Your Love and Care for all of us so that we can boldly come here and pray to You, in the Name of Jesus Christ - our Savior, Lord and King, amen.(y)

Absolutely brilliant thank you:love:
Honestly I don't know if anyone will actually want to do it I mean I am asking for a lot here, I just feel like the church could be much more effective in this manner not just for others but also for ourselves. Prayer is a universal language often times when I am lead to inteceed for someone which is not very often but when I am lead to whether that is for inner healing or strenghtening of the spirit or just for others to be able to know and feel his love that I can sense they greatly want inside but don't know where to turn it does the same thing for me that it does for others.

That is the only time I can sense actual power in my prayers but the power in it astonishes me and I often wonder why this isn't a normal thing?
I mean yes we have to take into consideration God's will but if there really is power in prayer if we really do believe anything is possible with god then shouldn't that kind of prayer be the norm? Shouldn't inner healing and faith based results be the norm? I mean am I just missing something here?

If at least the very least others are stirred up and move in the spirit then that would be a miracle in itself to me and especially in a time when these issues are increased with how the world is right now it seems to me that this more than any time is when we need to step up

Lafftur your involvement in this means more to me than you know, I am hoping that God will answer my prayer to also recieve the anointing in this gift of prayer.
If my prayers can be like the ones where I am lead to intercede with actual power in them then I would be dancing with joy.

I don't want to bring the forcus to me but it is just so amazing when it happens I get excited just thinking about it.
like you don't just feel the power flowing in it you somehow know inside it happened even if you cannot see it, the love being poured into the prayer with the power of God and the way it also runs through you so intimately like it is withing your own blood viens and cells I mean I could go and on about it it's something that is not easy to describe you know?

But this doesn't happen very often for me but if I can recieve the anointing of this gift then when he leads me to pray for someone no matter what the needs... well I am sure by my excitement just talking about it you can guess how it will be

Oh Sweet Loving Father,

Whisper to our spirits that everything is going to be okay. Help us to believe You hear, You care, You answer, You are near to all broken hearts and able to heal. May You have compassion on all and heal all of Your children.

Help us to be good stewards of our finances and talents and gifts You have given us. Help us to honor You with all Your good and perfect gifts that come down to us from You, the Father of Lights.

May all Your children have a safe home and may their homes not be taken from them, Your provision is sufficient.

We ask for wisdom and knowledge to live a life pleasing in Your sight, in the Name of Jesus Christ, amen.(y)

Everybody, feel free to join your faith in Jesus Christ with all on this thread and pray - make your petitions known to God.......(y)

Just pray from your heart to Your Heavenly Father that loves you. Jesus Christ gave His Blood and Body to reconcile us back to the Father, with the Holy Spirit we can know and understand God's Heart and Mind for us and ask accordingly.

Dear Heavenly Father,

Set free the oppressed and downtrodden. Lift us up, cause Your Face to shine upon us! Help us! Meet all our needs and help us to help each other and inspire us to love like You love.

Help us to forgive people that hurt us over and over. Deliver us from continued offenses, heal our emotions and fill us with Your great love, help us to not be judgmental and critical of ourselves and others, in the Name of Jesus Christ, amen.(y)

Bingo you are a blessing and thank you for your participation in this as well.
I know it is kind of selfish of me and demanding to ask this of people but I hope that it will bring about change in the lives and hearts of others.
After all it only takes a spark to make the fire burn

Yes yes a thousand times yes if the Lord is in agreement then let it be done, let the river of peace soak into the dry lands of the distraught let the fruits of life be fed to the burdened and fearful let the rushing gentle winds of the spirit shake the leaves and mend the torn bark of the wounded and scared let all of this and more be done in his name and for his glory like please Jesus please

Dear Heavenly Father,

Help us to have a heart and mind focused on and desirous of Your Will in our lives. Create in us a clean heart and renew a right spirit within us. Captivate and embrace us with a fresh encounter of Your Love for us and each other.

Make us laugh, Abba! Stir up Your abiding joy in us, may Your joy be our strength. May Your Word be a light to our paths and may Your Holy Spirit give us understanding to know wisdom and choose Your Will in all our decisions. Help us, Father, in the Name of Jesus Christ our Savior, Lord and King, amen.(y)
