I wouldn't normally ask for prayer for myself...but I'm kind of at a loss.

I've been married for almost 4 years, and my husband is great. We really love each other. We've gone through a lot of really hard times, and God has always pulled us through.

Right now, it's forces outside of our control that are attacking our marriage. Well, people, to be more specific. I've spoken to a couple of these people about it, but nothing I say has made any difference.

I would just like to ask for prayer for this situation, that God will sort it out and help my husband and I stand together and not get turned against each other in all of this.

Dear Father God,

Please send thy holy spirit to comfort this couple and help them continue to love and cling to each other as they go thru thier trials in this life. Please dear Lord, soften the hearts of those who are trying to do thier ill will to them for what ever reasons they may have. Also soften the hearts of cristen and her husband, so at to prevent them from feeling anything against thier neighbors.

In Jesus name we ask this

Amen

ChristenJ,

I heard a preacher speak on Psalm 48:2, that says, God is Beautiful for Situation. The thing I remember most were these three. You need the situation, The situation needs you, and God needs you in the situation. Those three things have help me to live and appreciate how much God is concerned for what I think about and the peace I have in my heart in the situation (Phil 4:6-8).

God works in wonderful ways at times. I know this. Its happens to us all, I too am going through changes, but God will listen to the one that prays from the heart. I do beleive that we are all connected in some kind of spritual way and you and youir husband will always stay together. Ignore those bad people and negatives people. Give glory to God! love Mandy xx

My heart and prayers definitely go out to you!!! I am having major issues in my marriage as well> I don't want it to end but think she has really made up her mind. I have spent the last month on the couch, and she has been at a friends(whom I don't know or know where) for 2 days. I tried to post a prayer request but don't know whether I did it right. I am new to this. Anyways this request is for you not me. I rebuke you Satan! In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, take your evil power away from this couple and let Christ take over! Thank you Lord! Keep the faith and keep praying. You are in my prayers. God Bless you,
Joe

Hello Cristen, I will be praying for you and your husband. All marriages face obstacles, and some are difficult to get through. They can either divide you, or bring you closer together once you both have weathered the storm. I pray that God gives you both strength, wisdom, and resolve to work together in this situation. Above all, I pray that unconditional love for one another will remain at the forefront of these circumstances.
