Hey guys,

I would just like to ask for prayer. I'm involved in ministry but I've been distant from God lately. I recently watched a prophecy for 2018 and there was a lot of judgment coming for the lukewarm, and I don't want to be lukewarm.

I've also been dealing with a lot of crazy thoughts. Some have tamed, others not so much.

Also, if you've gone through something like this and have gotten through it, what are some things you would advise? If you need more information, feel free to message me.

You can ignore that prophecy of judgement for the lukewarm. That prophecy for 2018 sounds like something someone would say who was judging others but failing to look at themselves. There is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1

Crazy thoughts are normal. Everyone gets intrusive thoughts sometimes. I would say to allow the thoughts to come and go and be there without trying to get rid of them. Trying to push thoughts out of the mind often makes things worse. If it is something you want to remember or can't stop thinking about, writing it down might help.

I have found writing down my crazy thoughts and then praying and rereading them as if someone else wrote them helps me decided if they are from God or just thoughts my flesh or the world say.

Hi there. I so appreciate your desire to reorganize yourspiritual life. I think all of us go through this lukewarm phase at one pointof time. No matter what we do, it’s important for us to have a closer walk withthe Lord. Please don’t get stressed out over your crazy thoughts. I just said aprayer for you, asking the Lord to draw you closer to Himself and direct yoursteps in the days ahead. He will surely be pleased and will be faithful to youas you “Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness...” Stay strong in Him. Blessings!

Hi, The good thing for us is that our life with Christ is not based on feelings, but on His power. If you are His, then you are His forever. So far as being lukewarm, I think the desire to not be lukewarm and be closer to Him is evidence that He is keeping you in the palm of His hand. He doesn't allow His sheep to stray very far or very long. He always brings us back.

When you have ungodly thoughts say," I reject you satan, get out of my mind". In your heart or outloud.
