Oh, Dusty, I am so sorry to hear that. I cannot help but wonder if your beloved brother incorporates any nutritional supplements into his diet to help manage his diabetes? The one that comes to mind right away for me is Niacin, because it helps open the blood vessels and small capillaries, which improves blood flow/circulation. Doctors know this but seldom make such suggestions, which borders on criminal as far as I am concerned. Father, in the sweet and precious name of Jesus, please heal and destroy the work of diabetes in Dusty's brother, and all who suffer from this disease. Please Lord, help us all to be more healthy.
