I suffer daily from panic attacks and loud tinnitus. I can't sleep or concentrate. It's so debilitating I mostly lay in bed. Please pray for me. God bless.

I'm not sure what, if any, treatments there are for tinnitus, but there are things to do for anxiety. Have you spoken to doctors about either one?
There are a variety of options available to deal with or lessen anxiety. Medication can be one, but others exist as well. I often deal with anxiety but mine used to be worse.

Hello @Jessica, our son has terrible tinnitus because of his Lyme Disease, and I am sorry to hear that you are suffering with it as well :( Sometimes he listens to music at night as that seems to lesson the ringing in his ears and help him sleep.

He also gets panic attacks and has medicine for that.

Praying for you!

God bless you!

For panic attacks I found that leaving the area of panic helps but if this isn't available I usually have to lie down with my feet higher than my head. For some reason panic attacks can cause me to pass out.

I received tinnitus from shooting a magnum without thinking next to a metal building. It deafened my right ear and left it with permanent ringing. I had to sleep with some noise on because the silence left me with only the noise of the ringing.

I pray you find the help needed and means to stability. Above all else, may God heal you from all affliction.

I got tinnitus too about two years ago out of the blue but likely recent noise exposure or stress (it is the "medical condition" I wrote about in other posts and of the responses I got from church members). I've been using the SoundPillow and it has helped a lot with my sleep. I'm on the TinnitusTalk forum and I find that forum very helpful and supportive. I'm praying to God that a cure for tinnitus is developed soon.

Praying for you Sister. I am convinced that God can ease your fears and give you peace in your soul. He can also quieten the noise caused by tinnitus. I suffer from it as well, and sometimes it gets so loud I have to lay down and pray for relief. Have you or are you seeing a Doctor about this?

Here are a few "links" on the subject. I do not endorse any of them, they are just FYI.

Thank you everyone for the replies and prayers! It means a lot. Medication is what gave me tinnitus in the first place so I will probably look more into natural remedies for the panic attacks. I will continue to read the Bible and pray more.

I've been on TinnitusTalk since 2015. That forum helped me so much. My username on there is hurtingdream.
