I am so greatful to God, that all has gone so well with my husband's open heart surgery this year.
Lately though there are some concerns.
My husband just didn't seem to be healing like he should, and although still waiting for some more tests to be done, there is the possibuility that either his sternum is not healing, or the steel that holds it together has broken.
Latest xray does show a piece of the steel that broke off.
It could mean another surgery, or possibly disabuilty.
I just wanted to ask you all here, to set him and all our family before God in agreement in Jesus's name for all trust in His care and healing.
And streangth for what ever the outcome.

Thankyou all and God bless

Thankyou all so much for your prayers and support.
I wanted to update...
My husbands pain has continued to worsen, we've been waiting all this time for insurance to approve the mri that dr wanted done.
Finally it has been approved so it is to be done before the end of this week.
Cannot believe it has taken so long, hubby's symptoms have worsened, and he now says he feels like there is a large lump in his chest.
Im worried, more for the simple fact that there could be something wrong and we had to wait all this time for insurance to approve the mri.
Sorry I havnt been here like I wanted to.
Ive been carrying a lot, taking care of hubby's work and my own, so pretty tired by the end of each day and little time for anything.
My husband keeps wanting to keep up with those things needing to be done, so I try to make sure I get it all done before he sees the needs.
Not an easy task some days .:)
I have been amazed though, the streangth Jesus has been giving me, and the peace to my husband. :)
So again, thankyou for your prayers, they do matter. :)

You all here remain always in my prayers in Jesus, for all is His glory and care! :)

I will update as soon as we know anything. :)

Huge hugs to all and God bless

Helpful ideas from a wife with the same kind of hubby --
-- Tell him you're trying to do it before he is and you're getting exhausted in the effort. Then tell him you'll keep trying if he doesn't stop trying. Obviously, they won't slow down for themselves, but they will slow down for us. (And then he'll forget, and then you'll have to remind him again.)

-- Think "hunker down mode." There are two kinds of things that "need to be done." The "if I don't do this, we'll run out of clothes/dishes/food. And the "but it's nice to have a clean house." The former is what you do in hunker down mode. The latter is optional. It won't go away if you don't do it, but it will wait. We haven't been able to clean our house well in 17 years. Dirt has not made it fall down. (We lost the steps for a while because we didn't take care of them when we knew we should, but since we were saving for the sidewalk, we had the money for the steps when we needed it.) We can still get to dirt someday, and we do get to dirt sometimes. Not all of it, but we sometimes can get past the bare essentials when we're not in hunker down mode. (We're in hunker down mode now. :/)

Still praying for you both -- and Friday is coming soon.

Thankyou depleated for the advice and prayer.
The main reason there is so much to be done now, is we are refinancing right now, so certain things need to be done.
Since Im disabled myself, I know the streangth needed to do all, truly comes from Jesus. :)
Good thing Jesus was a carpenter, as His help in this has been invaluable. :)
Im almost done with all needed, just a bit nervous about a bit of roof that needs to be fixed, nothing major, just the corner of the porch roof where the water is not draining properly, should be an easy fix, but I just don't want to mess it up. :)
I just finished installing all new doors in out home, we were very blessed, as we were given the doors for free, God does provide. :)
After the roof there is one room left to paint, then some touching up to do through the rest of the house and we should be ready.
Thankfully our children are starting to step up and help, I think they finally realized that mom and dad are no longer spring chickens. :)
The good news is that hubby isn't trying to do anything for now, I read him the riot act as they say, and he listened.
I told him I needed him for a while yet, so be good and do as he is supposed to. :)

Thankyou for the advice and support, I don't need to tell you how precious it is, as I know you understand yourself. :)
You and your husband remain in my daily prayers as well. :)

Hugs and God bless
