My wife ended up having a heart attack an is in the hospital I just would like prayer for a speedy recovery an that I can handle all these kids 🤪I have an 11 yr old an twins who are 17months.

Oh no, you and your wife are definitely lifted in prayer to Heavenly Father. Hang in there, I can only imagine it is so hard.
