Not sure if I’m allowed to talk about it but I have been thinking a lot about killing myself. It is difficult to connect with people and see God. Not sure what to do.

I believe that it would be best to talk to a health professional about this. Just remember that God loves you and will neither leave or forsake you. I have said a prayer for you the God steers you in the right direction.

I’m sorry you feel this way, friend. Remember that your life is precious no matter what situation you are facing. Do you think it might be helpful to reach out to your parents, friends or a trusted adult? Please connect with a suicide hotline in your area, too. I’m praying that God will intervene in your situation and provide the help you need at this time. May He be your source of comfort, strength and encouragement as you look to Him. Hang in there.

I urge you to see your doctor or a Mental Health professional. There are many free hotlines to call as well - I've used them when I was younger and was going through a bad time. They are all trained counsellors.
Life can be hard. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by everything you posted as I found it a wee bit garbled, but only you know how you feel, & that's the important thing.
Relax, sit & breathe in a quiet room, if possible. Try to centre yourself. What is the major problem or is it just a general suicidal ideation? Have you made a suicidal plan at all? Are you on any medication that you have self-ceased? If any of these things apply, you need to speak to someone urgently - a trusted close friend, family member, etc. Sometimes it's easier to speak to a stranger because they don't know your past, & aren't so judgemental. Also writing everything down can help with reflecting on how you feel - you may see that your problems aren't as bad as you think. Some people don't like writing, but recording your feelings and talking is just as good.
Your life is worthwhile - do not think it is not. Please reach out to me or someone on here. Seek help closer to home if possible.
Let us know how you get on.
I will pray for you right now :)

"If you feel comfortable about such a statement, let it out. Feeling of such a drastic emotional
dilemma is usually brought about by surrounding circumstances or environment. Only you know
reasons of such emotion. Most have the means to change if really wanting to. It often helps
to confide in a trusted source, and talk out your concerns. I hope you find what is needed in your life.
Many have found out it is time to turn to God when life becomes overwhelming...try it, you may be glad."

First off, May God watch over you and protect you during this very difficult time in your life.
I do not know what it is that is the cause of wanting to or having these thoughts go through your mind, but I can tell it is not in your heart as you have taken the time to reach out, and many of us are here (myself included) are glad you did. That tells me you really dont want to, you are just in a lot of pain. My heart goes out to you, as it is difficult when one feels this way. You have not, Nor WILL YOU EVER be alone. I do not believe in conquincedence , and I do not believe that you randomly decided to reach out to others here. Take heart, as God will never leave you and many here care about you. You are the only you the world has been blessed with🙂. I'm so very glad you reached out. I agree, if you want to reach out to a good Godly counselor or maybe a close friend, it might help. Please know that if you want to reach out and just chat about whatever is going on , then I will response when I can. Hang in there, life can be rough and the Devil only tries to get you to believe that the world and you would be better off without you...he only does that because he knows the truth. The world and you would benefit and grow from you being here. Hang in there, Your going to be Ok...🤗

Thinking of you, Selenah, and hoping you are well. This NA/JFT seemed appropriate to share with you:

Just For Today . . . . . Not just surviving . . . . . . November 14, 2019

“When we were using, our lives became an exercise in survival.
Now we are doing much more living than surviving.” Basic Text, p. 52

“I’d be better off dead!” A familiar refrain to a practicing addict, and with good reason. All we had to look forward to was more of the same miserable existence. Our hold on life was weak at best. Our emotional decay, our spiritual demise, and the crushing awareness that nothing would ever change were constants. We had little hope and no concept of the life we were missing out on.

The resurrection of our emotions, our spirits, and our physical health takes time. The more experience we gain in living, rather than merely existing, the more we understand how precious and delightful life can be. Traveling, playing with a small child, making love, expanding our intellectual horizons, and forming relationships are among the endless activities that say, “I’m alive.” We discover so much to cherish and feel grateful to have a second chance.

If we had died in active addiction, we would have been bitterly deprived of so many of life’s joys.
Each day we thank a Power greater than ourselves for another day clean and another day of life.

Just for today: I am grateful to be alive. I will do something today to celebrate.

Hey Selenah those thoughts are fiery darts in your mind, do not accept them, take them captive unto Christ.... He loves you and me... I have had many thoughts over the years and they eventually pass...sometimes I wonder if depression will be part of life that I have to always trust God with, storms I must weather for a divine purpose... I know that our trials and difficulties are not wasted but that God has a much higher purpose for our suffering that we normally don't comprehend... but I trust Him that it will easily be worth it one day, when al this life will seem like just a day... it may not always seem like it but life is short and Heaven is long and God has a very important purpose for each one of our lives though we may not see it... who knows what poor soul will need you desperately, further on in your life....
when we trust Him with the indescribably hard times this is pleasing in His sight-I am reminded of when Jesus was on the cross asking His Father why had He forsaken Him.... but The Father was still in control even then... keep trusting dear sister it will all be worth it in the end xx
