Hey guys I am staying at my dad's place, which really belongs to his girlfriends house, anyway aside for my dad's health the city showed up and is getting ready to shut the hydro off for unpaid bills.

She squanders her money on weed, cigarettes and lottery tickets. I don't know how to help my dad because he won't leave and the tenants they just took In inform me that their are bankruptcy forms here in the house.
