Sadness

Please pray that the Lord have His way in our lives. I know He’s in control of everything and that everything will work out for the good of those who love Him. Praise the Lord.

I personally have been struggling with sadness, unexplainable sadness. I know that’s kinda the state of things right now, so I ask that your pray for your loved ones and your neighbors. Encourage one another. 💗

Dear Sister,

Thank you so very much for sharing. I am so very sorry that you are going through deep sorrow. Yes, you are so spot on in the state of things.

Heavenly Father, in Jesus name, hold her, touch her spirit with Yours. Comfort her in Your tender-mercies. Lord, thank You for I know You are working, that You love her so much. I know she knows this too, that she loves You very much, help fill her flesh with Your Holy Hope.

I am so grateful that you encouraged us to encourage one another in this season, that you opened up, it touched my heart. Much Love and Hugs in Him.

I am sorry that you are struggling with the sadness you feel. There are many Scriptures that deal with sadness. I hope some of these will provide you with some comfort in mind and spirit.

Psalms 34:18 - The LORD [is] nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.

John 14:1 - Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

Psalms 55:22 - Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

Psalms 18:2 - The LORD [is] my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, [and] my high tower.

Jeremiah 29:11 - For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

James 5:13 - Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.

1 Peter 5:7 - Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

John 15:7 - If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

Psalms 48:14 - For this God [is] our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide [even] unto death.

John 14:18 - I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.

1 Peter 5:10 - But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle [you].

it's perfectly normal to feel great sadness, because of the world's situation and attitude,
for it is only evil -
but,
for those of us who Love and Serve Jesus Christ, we must rejoice and be thankful that He
has called us 'out' of this present 'evil-wickedness', to walk in His Light, and to be filled
with hope and fruits of The Spirit, particularly Love, Joy, Patience...

The world is in a terrible state right now. As Christians with the love of Christ in our hearts, we are not hard-hearted and this means we feel pain and sympathy for others. To me, that has meant even more of an urgency to share the Gospel and the hope we have. But be encouraged today by the good news in John 16:33...
