Hi, could I please have prayer for sleep. I have been on medications that have been stuffing up my ability to sleep. It is very difficult to function without sleep. Disruption has been occurring for the last few weeks as I have been in hospital with mental struggles. I also need prayer for those struggles also. Prayer for strength, clarity, and grace with my relationships with my parents who are beautiful people helping carrying my burdens, at this time of challenge. Pray also for my mental stability, and that god will keep his spirit close and shine his light brighter, and give me the keys to progress from this place of lack to a place of plenty. He has been with me, but I want him more, like going from a candle light to a flood light, bathing me in hope and peace for now and the future. And that he will heal me inside, and deliver me, in all the places I need it, resolving my hang ups and phobias. And that I will be a man of god with courage, strength, light and a sober and sound mind. And that I will be free from the fear of relapse.

Lord, Give this man a sound mind and peace in his waking and resting hours. Give him opportunities to spill his affection for You onto others so they will glorify God. Guide him to draw near to You. We thank You and praise You for all You are about to do. In Christ's Name, Amen.

I’m so sorry to hear about your struggles, friend. I just said a prayer for you, asking the Lord to surround you with His healing presence, give you good sleep, and fill you with His joy, strength, and peace. Cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you and He will give you rest. Remember that He cares about every detail of your life. May He be your ever-present help and may your confidence in His grace and goodness increase as you look to Him in faith. I hope you’ll feel better soon. Hugs!

I understand about anxiety and mental illness. We need a friendly person to say it's OK, a hug or a voice for us. All I am going to say is that you are not alone. Look after your health and try to cut down on alcohol if you drink, and any drugs that aren't suitable. Sometimes it can be something medical that can cause our mental health to decline. Like thyroid issues etc. Try and have a full blood count test if you can. We are all here for you.

Thank you Lord, for dcsee1 and his faith in You. Lord, surround him with Your presence and Your peace. Fill him with the joy that comes from knowing that You love him and are perfecting everything in his life. (Psalm 138:8 - The Lord will perfect that which concerns me.) Help him to sleep soundly and restfully and not to be anxious.
