The Glasgow razor boy and eternal security

Have you made a decision to follow Jesus, or haven't you? Have you called upon the name of the Lord, or haven't you? There is no middle ground. No can coast through life in neutral hoping Calvin will save them. That is not the Gospel. That is not the way it works. Not even close.

Does God Know From All Eternity Who Will Die Having Rejected Sound Doctrine?

oyster67 said: God knows all things from beginning to end. The Book of Revelation makes this very clear. God dwells outside time and is omniscient. Revelation 1: 1The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he...

    10 Questions about OSAS

An apostate is a man who does NOT struggle against sin anymore. He wallows in it like a pig in mire. 2 Peter 2:22 “But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.” This verse is...

When Does A Christian Become Immortality/Born Again?

:unsure::rolleyes:... What part of it do you not understand??????? You seem to have "being born again" confused with glorification. Men are born again when they become Christians. Mr. Bing is correct. Not a process. We simply receive the gift that Jesus made available 2000...

When Does A Christian Become Immortality/Born Again?

When Does A Christian Become Immortality/Born Again? All men will spend eternity in one place or the other. Men attain salvation unto eternal life in Heaven and become born again Christians the moment they call upon the name of the Lord and yield to His Lordship. It is instantaneous.

Is Baptism in water a work or a command? Is it necessary for salvation?

Good point. It does indeed justify the Baptismal tank and the pump and the pipes. I agree that it is a good ritual of remembrance and reminder. It is indeed Biblical, as are the many other rituals I previously mentioned (except for bead-counting.)

Thanx for reading my story any insight would be appriciated :)

Sorry to break the bad news to you, but I must. God's love for you constrains me to do so. THE QURAN IS A WORK OF FICTION. THIS IS THE SOURCE OF YOUR CONFUSION ABOUT JESUS. It is anti-Jesus. Islam's purpose is to denigrate Jesus and His people. The following is the Truth from the True Word of...

Is Baptism in water a work or a command? Is it necessary for salvation?

Yes, it is well and good so long as one understands that it is only by the cleansing blood of Jesus that sins can be washed away. Some probably believe that foot washing, bead counting, and holy kissing are requirements for salvation as well.

The Glasgow razor boy and eternal security

I am elect according to foreknowledge. That is what the Bible says. Foreknowledge is not some strange mysterious concept. All prophecy is based upon it. No one should be struggling over this. 1 Peter 1:2 “Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the...

Thanx for reading my story any insight would be appriciated :)

Only the Bible is the true Word of God, and the Bible says: 1 John 1:3 “That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ.” John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way...

    The right why to learn

...And this is done by simply looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. One need not pour over commentaries, obituaries, fables, stories, or any other extrabiblical sources. John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but...

Does God Know From All Eternity Who Will Die Having Rejected Sound Doctrine?

'twas a sad day when men took it upon themselves to judge God from their stools and highchairs and point their stubby little fingers at Him and say, "You can't do 'dis" and "You can't do 'dat"! What a bunch of retards.

Does God Know From All Eternity Who Will Die Having Rejected Sound Doctrine?

Foreknowledge simply means that God knows about things in the future. This should not be a new concept to anyone who has heard of a thing called "prophecy". Just because He knows things does not mean or imply that He forces things. The Bible is clear about every man needing to confess, repent...

The Glasgow razor boy and eternal security

If one has not yet called upon the name of the Lord to be saved, it is high time to do so. In the time of the Flood, no one was automatically beamed aboard by Scotty.

The Glasgow razor boy and eternal security

No He did not. What He did do was to give His only begotten Son so that I might have the opportunity to believe upon His Son and thereby and then (and only then) receive salvation. THAT, my friend, is the TRUE Gospel. No one in the Church age is saved before they are born. That is the doctrine...
