The Bible says very clearly that the Law is dead. It’s one of the major themes. To proof text it show the opposite takes much effort and is a sign of something being lead by someone other than God.

I see lots of talk about big sins and small sins. How do we determine big from small using the Bible?

Yes, we must repent and admit we are in need of a savior. Then follow him. That does not change the fact that Jesus died for the worlds sins. Not sure what the agenda is with this thread but odd teachings for certain.

In context Jesus is speaking to the Jews seeking to kill him before his time. They are enemies of God ( goats).Jesus died even for them.

I am just stating the big picture here. If you are saying Jesus died only for his followers then that is wrong.

They were not saved as we are today after the cross. It took Jesus death to pay the price of sin. Once that was accomplished those who lived by faith went to heaven with Jesus. The saw our inherence from a distance.

It is very easy to point a finger at someone else an say that person sins & not only that they have no desire to change. Are you and I any different? I believe we all are guilty of justifing our own personal sins before God and using that worldly justification as an excuse not to change.

Except not one of us actually does his will or can do so. That is where grace enters the picture. We may wish to do the things above but we can’t. Thank God that Jesus took our place!

Nationalism is great in it proper context. If it is in opposition to the kingdom of God in Christ and what that stands for then we are no different than Cain.
