At first I wondered why it wasn’t formatted with stanzas and verses, with the rhyming words at the end of each, but looking at it more I like it better this way actually. Great poem, thank you for sharing.

Excellent comment. It seems there could be a reference to the Scripture after every stanza.

The word woman will come on agenda down the line anyway. It may become just simply ”wo.” Our need for autonomy and self-definition has no limits.

You call a delusion what I have accepted as the truth. A delusion, or a state of mind I ask? However you take it, it’s a thing that saves. This is not apparent in the daily comforts of our lives, in the seeming safety of our laws, in the burning lust of our desires. But what will help us there...
