    Saved by Water

We need to be careful about pointing the finger at other people (calling them "dogs" and whatnot). Normally, when we do that, we have three fingers pointing back at us (Matthew 7:1-5, Luke 6:41-42).

What does it matter whether his violation was in this thread or in another? I did what I did in order to point out the fact that he (@Dino246) is a childish poster; by behaving just like him and exacting the response from certain people that in behaving like him I was being a childish poster.

At least you are also saying that he was being childish for posting "boring" , "X", and "(n)" in the first place. If there is anything that I wanted to convey, it was that he was being childish in doing those things. Of course in doing those things myself, I became like him. At least I have...

His doing of it was so incessant that I feel the need to be incessant in the payback. And if you are going to judge me for exacting payback then how much more ought you to judge him for doing it in the first place?

what are your thoughts of Apostle Kathryn Krick

However, I find that the NKJV also has its problems; as well as the ESV. They do not teach the doctrine of entire sanctification as powerfully as does the kjv.

I think that using Proverbs 26:4-5 to rebuke someone is well within the means of what that scripture was intended for.

    Childish posters.

It started when he put a billion (I am exaggerating of course) blots on my posts..."boring", "X", "(n)"... for no apparent reason. Now, when I give him a taste of his own medicine, you come running to his defense. Where were you when he was doing those things to me?

    Saved by Water

I would suggest doing a study on the word baptism and see if the verses that have that word teach salvation through it. If you read and study with an open mind, I believe that you will come to a change in your point of view.

what are your thoughts of Apostle Kathryn Krick

I just know my own testimony....that I started my Christian life with the kjv and when someone suggested I try a modern translation, I did...and my walk with Christ went downhill from there. When I returned to the kjv, things started looking up again. The Bible says that we overcome the devil...

Hi @2ndTimothyGroup, I just want to say that I think that you are pretty solid for the most part.

My answer was very straightforward, if you read the verses in question.

By what criteria do you make that judgment since the original manuscripts are lost to us?

Scripture is always an appropriate answer to any question.

If you don't know then I'm not going to tell you; in obedience to the verse in question.

See Proverbs 26:4-5. I decided that I wanted to be like you.

    Saved by Water

I don't mind hearing any of those things...I simply do not believe in them. I think that you do not want to hear that repentance and baptism in Jesus' Name is the condition to a conditional promise in holy scripture (of remission of sins and the gift of the Holy Ghost)... I think that you are...

    Saved by Water

Normally, when we see some sin in the life of someone else, it is because that sin is very prevalent in our own lives (Matthew 7:1-5, Luke 6:41-42).
