Hello;

I noticed Christian Chat emails and the little bell on the top right corner are emailed or displayed to everyone regarding a reply in a topic. I was wondering why emails or the little bell only be addressed to the individual when a member responds to their thread/post?

I'm new and am enjoying the fellowship.

God bless you and your families.

I'm not sure I get your question.
When someone uses the quote feature to respond to you (or tags you) it does alert you, but not everyone else.
If someone is subscribed to a thread it will alert them of all activity in the thread. Those not subscribed receive no alerts unless tagged or responded to with quotes.
You can change thread subscription options, alert options, etc... in your settings.

Also we do have a User2User Tech forum for these questions. You have posted in the Suggestions forum.
