I know about the User2User tech support. But I need something more official. I paid for a subscription but still can't initiate private conversations. I sent a message using the "contact us" page but I did not get a response.

So my suggestion is that we have some way of contacting official tech support.

I started a conversation with you to address the subscription issue.

As far as "official" tech support, this site is primarily operated by volunteers who have jobs and lives outside of this site in which case there is never a guarantee that anyone will be on site at any given time. Starting a thread (such as this one) is at times the best way to get a hold of someone since all new threads are screened by us prior to going public in which case some times I will just delete the thread and contact the user directly.

The "Contact us" tab is probably the worst way to ever get a response since only the lead Admin has access to it and invariably it gets crammed full of spam by trolls which means it can take a bit of time to weed through the garbage to find legitimate issues.

I'm facing the same problem. So can you tell us which is the best way/who to contact to resolve issues like this. We can't initiate a conversation with anyone because that route is blocked!

Yes. I am awaiting a response, and if there was no other alternative in place I was going to suggest admins establish a thread under the Miscellaneous Forum titled something like 'CC Subscription Information' that people can post their questions to. I did a whole of site search and couldn't bring up anything, except for this thread, on the matter.
