That sounds like a testimony to me. Regardless, I have been a member for 4 1/2 years and there have been many suggestions for forums that were not acted upon because there would then be literally over a 100 forums with an extremely limited interest. You can create a thread on any topic you chose in any forum you want but something like this would probably get the most interest in the Misc. or testimony forums, however it is highly unlikely that this site would create a unique forum for any member that requests one.
