I'm new here. I like to keep a low profile, but I figured I could at least introduce myself. I'm "Flex" (40y/o male, Pennsylvania) and just wanted to say HI. I hope you all are having a great day.

Hello Flex, we are glad that you have joined the fellowship here at Christian Chat and look forward to seeing you in the forums. Stay safe (it's now the Delta, said to be worse than the first wave of the virus). God bless you and your family. :)

A big welcome to CC "Flex".

A low profile is good, do that myself...a little. Just pipe-up when you get a bee in your britches! There is at least a little buzzing 'round here. ;)

Welcome. It's the day that the Lord has made, so it is always a great day (even when it's not)

Hi, Flex! Sounds like you are a mussel. They are related to Pennsylvania Oysters, I believe. :):coffee::giggle:

Hello @Decaf, welcome to CCHat! I'm glad that you found us and joined in the discussions with us :) Thank you for telling us a little bit about yourself too!

God bless you!!

p.s. - your favorite verse, Proverbs 13:20, if one of my mine as well (it's also one that I've recited more often than most others too). I used it all the time when I was counselling inmates (as part of a prison ministry). They didn't like it at first (the part about not being a "companion of fools"), but they eventually took it to heart (those who got out especially), because none of them were interested in being incarcerated again.

1 Thessalonians 5
23 May the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body
be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
24 Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass.
