Meh, no big deal. The world has been pointing and giggling at the USA for years and years. We're as blusterous and nonsensical as North Korea but the difference is we have the military hardware to back up our bullying. Only two things can stop this crazy train and that's either global totalitarianism or a global cataclysm.
Third choice. We can have God pull a Nineveh on us.

Want one of our political parties as well? (We have one that would fit right in over there :p )

See, it's statements like this that illustrate how wrong the writers are. Do you think you have the opportunity to write that the government is "nonsensical" if you lived in North Korea? There are a LOT of things wrong with the United States but I challenge you to find a country you'd rather live and if you succeed then by all means move there. As Americans many of us tend to be like we are as immature Christians. Too busy complaining about all that's wrong to find time to give thanks and recognize how blessed we are by God.
I would. If I could afford to!

Am I wrong though? Do you think you get away with calling the government "nonsensical" living in North Korea? Name a few places where life would be better than you have it here.
The UK. Australia. New Zealand. I'd say Canada, except it's too cold!

I pity Europeans....for having a standing army inside their borders that wants to subjugate them. Hopefully we elect Trump and push back and stop the invasion from coming here.
Yay go Trump!! lol would be a great laugh if he got in. Nay it's going to be Clinton tho. Neither one is going to do America any good

Do you have any truly conservative party and not ashamed of it? We could use one of them.

At this point we could use a truly liberal party too. We swung so left, conservative is 15 degrees left of center anymore. I can't imagine the true liberals are thrilled that left has since swung to communism either.

I love America, we have our problems but it seems that many are dying to come here. I remember year's ago when the fishermen found that little boy from Cuba, Eilian Gonzales. His Mom and her boyfriend tried to float across the ocean on a tire to come to America. I was so naive, I never imagined anyone that desperate to try to escape their country in such a way. I was born here, even if it's bad there is still hope in America. In my home we weren't allowed to complain about this country, my Mom immigrated here from Sweden with her family when she was young and my Grandparents from Italy. You didn't complain, if you didn't like something you fixed it. Of course my Great Grandparents and my Grandma lived through the depression. My Great Grandma baked and went door to door selling her baked good's to make money. When Regan was on TV and said, Mr. Gorbachev tear down that wall, my Great Grandpa cried. We're fortunate and blessed here no matter who the President is.

I still get Teary eyed when I hear America the beautiful. I love my country.

So you get to go to the grocery store where there's actually food instead of people going hungry... Hmmm... Sounds like North Korea. See, I'm tremendously blessed to have the perspective of someone who's parents were raised in a 3rd world country and is keenly aware of how bad the world actually is for some people. Someone who's spent a year in Africa and seen children who's entire family would share a single slice of pizza and be happy. America is the reason that by the Grace of God a 4 year old boy polishing shoes on the streets of the Philippines to help his single mother feed his 4 brothers and sisters can own not only his own home but rental properties as well.
I agree. Apparently the British - and I'm guessing the US too, no matter how poor we think we are, we are among the richest 10% of the world's population. We are truly blessed.

This fact is what makes American class warfare so silly.

"We hate the 1%"

Yeah, well I've got news for you- if you are even the lower middle class, you're in the 1%.

I'm with you Brother, of all the choices, Trump makes the most sense and he doesn't want to screw Americans like the others running who have proved themselves to be doing things not in our best interest. So what if Trump has a loud mouth. At least he tells you what is on his mind and not just what you want to hear. He's what this country needs in politics. Wish we had more like him running. He talks like Americans did in the eighteenth century. We need someone like TRUMP.

(insert Merkel jokes here) ;)
Christ said to His disciples beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and the Sadducees. And He also said beware of the leaven of Herod. He said about the former they are blind leading the blind and both will fall into the ditch. The only place Herod can every lead anyone is into a ditch as well. Follow Christ and depend on Him to lead every part of your life!
