I have struggled with lustful thoughts..........then yesterday when I saw an attractive woman, I felt prompted to thank God for the beauty He gave them, and to pray for them to be saved, blessed etc etc. Rather than leaving my thoughts to roam to lustful thoughts...........

The thoughts might not stop straight away, but I think it would be a good habit to get in to!! I hope it helps others too :)

Id like to give this a bump, not because Im boasting in myself, but boasting in our wonderful God who I believe gave me this idea............it's helped me so much, and I pray it does the same for you :)

I think this is an excellent idea! Whatever works is beneficial and maybe others who struggle and read this can use this for their own personal lives. :)
