50C1AL0N3,

Thanks for your testimony.

Ephesians 2:4-7
But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,
Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)
And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

You have been quickened 50C1AL0N3 and are in the body of Christ for eternity.
But you do have much to learn and to grow to understand.

One thing I desire you to know is that salvation is in Jesus, and the way is simple. But faithfulness is a challenge in a world that is a wilderness. But the doctrine of Jesus is simple.

Jesus said...
John 8:31-2
Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
And ye shall knowthe truth, and the truth shall make you free.

So, you have received the word of Jesus and are quickened (made alive by the Spirit, born again, a new man, a spiritual man).

But you must continue in the word of Jesus, to be a disciple, and to be free.
That is the path of your faithfulness to Jesus... his word to you. Let no man turn you away from the word of Jesus.
By continuing in his word...then... are you his disciple.
The word “disciple” informs you that the “continuing” in the word of Jesus will require of you disciplined faith in Jesus.
Jesus will disciple you, even as he has led you till now.
It is as though you follow Jesus as the disciples of his time on earth did. If Jesus rests by a fire then you rest. If he awakens you and is prepared to go, then you get up and go with him. Simple.
He speaks...you listen.
He says to you to hear a certain scripture ... you listen.
He says be quiet... you cease.
Simple.

For you see 50C1AL0N3, Jesus knows you, and shall personally determine your path forward in his word.
And you will find man and devil seeking to dissuade you and hinder your continuance in Jesus’ word to you.
Others will want you to follow their word. But, your spirit will know the truth as he leads you into all truth.

Remember...
1 Corinthians 2:11-15
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.

For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.]/i]

So, walk in the spirit after the Spirit and you will know the things of the Spirit, and you will hear Jesus’ word to you. Be faithful.

Do not judge by appearance lest you follow another than Jesus.

The Holy Ghost has already told you where the word of Jesus is found, it is in the Authorized Holy Bible (kjv).
Do not wander away into commentaries and the thoughts of supposed great men. Instead let the Holy Ghost teach you. For you need no other teacher. But remember that the Holy Ghost will speak through other men (same teacher). Knowing the written word (kjv) will keep you safe from misunderstandings.

Having said the above let me end with the following, concerning the true church that you are in.

Ephesians 4:11-13
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

Notice in the above, that not one of us in the church shall reach perfection until we all do so together unto the measure of Jesus. Therefore all of us are at different points in life, understanding, authority etc...
But, we are indeed in spirit, one body, and are growing together.

The idea of denominations doesn’t hinder us because, no matter where we find ourselves now, nevertheless, we are faithful to Jesus, and he knows you, and what you need to grow as part of the whole body of Christ.

Contrary to the opinions of some on site, in order to be part of the Bride one has to have faith in the finished work of Christ
alone its not reserved for any particular denomination or eschatological position neither is it for one particular ethnic or cultural grouping. Christ has only one Bride and one body. Anyone who is in Christ is part of the Bride.

Amen to that.

The wedding was in the 1st century AD, so looking for the "bride" is waste of time - all believers since then are members of the body of Christ, just as they were before the wedding took place.

Your theology along with all "future" looking theologies is in error.
I am seriously thinking of not contributing to end time discussions because in doing so I am giving the opportunity for those with cultist beliefs to promote their views by responding. By cultist I mean Dispensationalism as first believed by the 19th century Brethren
movement and promoted by Schofield

You are free to not participate but you are not free to call Dispensationalists "cultists". That is way over the top and utter nonsense to boot.
