i don't have to power to ban you.

i like everyone. i want as many people to be saved as The Lord wills.

universalism is not taught in scripture.

forgiveness of sins, and deliverance from the wrath to come is taught- you must be born again.

the internet can't free the world; neither can you; neither can some grand scheme on wealth distribution.

SEEK THE LORD WHILE IT IS CALLED TODAY.
That's not true. You don't have to have a position to have the power...... just know somebody who does. Influence in and of itself is very powerful. Then again, you already know that. ;)

MaggieMye was right on the money. You did exactly what she said you would do. It doesn't meet she's prophesying, but it does mean she knows you very well. ;)
neither you nor she knows me at all.

but you and she have much in common.

Matthew 7:16-20 16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
it's the lying signs and wonders and fake Latter Rain movement that is rotten fruit.
not a good tree.

it never was.

this thread will examine that fruit.

readers will be fruit inspectors.

you do what you like.

if you can't, take cheap shots and use innuendo.

I think to a certain extent, those who are against prophecy being ceased, make the same mistake that Korah made toward Moses in Numbers 16.

They find offense that God would choose to do it back then, but not now. In their mind "all the congregation is holy" so God is bound to do for us now exactly what he did for them. They find it offensive that God revealed himself in past prophecy that is now recorded in scripture for us to read.

They also want to have the same revelations and such. Because "all the congregation is holy". Although the modern version of saying that is, "God isn't a respecter of persons".

We need to be content with the fact that God chose certain people in the past to reveal things to. We need to be content knowing that those revelations are now in scripture. We can't somehow rise up against God and demand he give us those revelations all because "He's not a respecter of persons." He's already given us those revelations. They're in the Bible. Be content with that.

God chose Moses for a certain task. Korah should have been content with that.
Well God chose people in the past for a certain task. That task was receiving the revelations that we now read today. Be content with that and don't demand we have the same happen to us today.
It's an established fact that prophets were in the Old Testament and in the New Testament. It's also an established fact that Israel in the Old Testament did not believe them. It's an established fact that Jesus prophesied, and the religious establishment didn't believe Him either. Why? Because of their sins, and their unbelief. No amount of unbelief in the Old Testament or the New Testament negates its existence. The sinful history of the church does not prove the prophetic office ended nor can they negate it either. The history of the church cannot be used as historical context to disprove anything that is written in Scripture. Scripture is supreme. Scripture does not say it ends. If people believe the Scripture the way they say they do, they wouldn't be much of an argument right now. The only real dispute should be is discerning the false prophets among the real ones.

Scripture is supreme.
is it really?
no it isn't...God is giving YOU new revelation.
and others who believe as you do.

Scripture then is NOT supreme (for you). the new prophets are, since they are giving us NEW information that isn't in scripture.

Scripture does not say it ends.
why say scripture is supreme when you neither know what it says, and don't believe it when you are shown.

it DOES say those gifts would cease, and Paul told us WHEN.

it's you who doesn't believe scripture.

If people believe the Scripture the way they say they do, they wouldn't be much of an argument right now.
that's right.
but you don't believe it.
that's why we have this NEW MOVEMENT.

The only real dispute should be is discerning the false prophets among the real ones.
LOL.
let's do it then.

let's have the names of REAL prophets.

i'm ready when you are.

I.... Did.... Not.... Say.... That. I only made a general statement. Knowing the right people and having influence works everywhere in the world. No place is beyond its reach. Besides, I have standards; one of them is that no one is worth crossing the line for.

how about this tree?

are THESE true prophets?

apparently i'll just have to post them all and see if you approve of them, since you don't appear to be willing to put forward anything more than your visions of yourself.

and something about READING PEOPLE'S MAIL.

"The Seven Mountains" Interview with Johnny Enlow

Johnny:

the Seven Mountains prophecy is the message of the Kingdom.

we understand the gospel of salvation....it includes the gospel of salvation, which includes the messages that He's come.....and brought good news.....for individuals He wants to save......and that's......kind of......understanding what He wants to do on the Mountain of Religion, or Worship. which becomes ONE of the Seven Mountains....

Interviewer:

....which is the one that we tend to focus on in church more than anything...

Johnny:

....it's the one we've been doing pretty good...

you know, a couple hundred thousand a day are coming to the Lord...there's 2.2 billion around....and so that part's good....we've got it down - getting people into THE WILDERNESS......from the analogy of Israel headed towards the Promised land.....and......where's there's....you know.....the MINIMAL PROVISION OF THE LORD....manna, and water from rock....

...but He's called us to cross the river Jordan...

....and He says to take Seven Nations greater and mighter than us....The Seven Mountains:

The Mountain of Media; The Mountain of Education; The Mountain of Government; The Mountain of Economy; The Mountain of Family; The Mountain of Arts & Entertainment.....otherwise also known as the celebration of Arts & Entertainment....and of course, the Seventh is the Mountain of Religion or Worship....

....some of those mountains....you know....there are different parts of the body of Christ who don't even believe they are redeemable...those Mountains are redeemable....

....Arts & Entertainment - Jezebel so....and touch with them.....the idea for many is the idea that God just needs to come and burn it all up....

but He does have, uh.....He has an assignment for us....

not just to get people saved...in these mountains...

this is the understanding that takes awhile to adjust to.

....is that we're not just trying to get the people of those sectors of society SAVED...we've always understood that....

....but that the structures themselves are not functioning correctly...they are releasing darkness.

....every one of the structures are releasing darkness, they're polluting society.

....one of the reasons we have so much sickness is because there is pollution, distortion being released from all these sectors of society from Jezebel; from Apollyon; from Leviathon; from Ba'al......all these powers and principalities...

and so we have a SHOWCASE for GOD'S BETTER WAY of doing all these things......

So where are the prophets today who are giving revelation on the same level and authority we find in scripture?

John Paul Jackson is an author, teacher, conference speaker and founder of Streams Ministries International. Jackson often focuses on supernatural topics like dreams, visions, and dream interpretation as found in the Bible.[1] He has developed a number of prophetic training courses. He is also a recurring guest on many shows that include The 700 Club, Sid Roth's It's Supernatural!, Benny Hinn's This Is Your Day program, and Joni Lamb's Table Talk among others. He was a member of the controversial Kansas City Prophets, whose practice and doctrine came under fire in the 1980s and '90s.[2] He is the founder of Streams Ministries International, a Christian group that deals especially with the practice known as prophecy. Jackson's career has spanned more than 20 years. He served as the senior pastor of two churches, and he has also served on the pastoral staff at the Vineyard Movement's Christian Fellowship in Anaheim, California (with John Wimber) and at the former Metro Christian Fellowship in Kansas City, Missouri (with Mike Bickle).

In 1997, Jackson launched The Streams Institute for Spiritual Development, a training program for mentoring those who claim to have revelatory gifts. By 2003, more than 12,000 students had enrolled in his courses, which have been held in Canada, Scotland, Poland, England, Switzerland, and Ukraine. In the summer of 2001, Jackson moved his headquarters to the Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire. In 2008, Jackson relocated the ministry headquarters to the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area.

Approx 2:51 and I was done listening. So The Lord NEEDS her to write a book to teach people to pray. AKA buy my book God commands you to so I can make more money.. It's ludicrous and sick.

Steve Martin said it best in My blue heaven "Some people will steal your money. But these guys will steal your soul..."

does this include unbelievers who are dead in trespasses and sins; at war with God and hating Christ?
is it for those who have rejected the gospel but want healing?
who is watching?

If they killed the prophets of the past, what would they do to those of the present?
the jews killed the prophets sent to them to convict them of IDOLATRY...and of listening to FALSE PROPHETS....and to tell of the Coming Redeemer.

they not only killed the prophets, they killed the Redeemer too.

what's that got to do with today's FALSE PROPHETS? plenty.

that's all we have - since God is no longer speaking through prophets....just the ones He already appointed. they are RECORDED.

He has spoken to us FINALLY AND FULLY in the Person of Jesus Christ.

His words are also recorded.

did you have a question?

Bob Jones

Bob Jones has been described publicly at KCF as a "resident

seer." This is unfortunate because he turned out to be one of the

most blatant examples of a false prophet, of them all. How anyone

can listen to him for even 10 minutes and not completely reject him

as a prophet, is amazing to me. And yet, Mike Bickle and KCF

thought enough of him to tape a lengthy interview with him called,

"Visions and Revelations." The blatantly false doctrine, and

occultic dreams and "revelations" found on this tape were enabled

to make their way all over the world in a relatively short time.

On the tape, Jones describes how he went from being a drunkard,

fornicator, and bar room brawler, to eventually land in a mental

institution, where he was regularly visited by demons who would

hold conversations with him. Finally, Jesus Himself told Bob in

order to get his mind back, to either kill or forgive twelve people

he hated! Jones goes on to describe his Christian life and

supernatural ministry.

One unforgettable episode that Jones recounts is how he

received a visit from an angelic guide name "Dominus." "Dominus"

eventually turned out to be the Lord Jesus Christ Himself,

according to Jones. Jones tells how, in an out of body experience,

he and Dominus sat above the KCF "in the Spirit," on rocking

chairs, holding hands. To confirm Jones' "ministry" to Mike Bickle

and his brother in law and associate pastor Bob Scott, Dominus

revealed to Jones that he would visit the two men in their dreams.

Each man subsequently had a dream in which a friend they knew named

"Don" appeared (two separate Don's). When they asked Jones why Don

appeared and not Jesus, Jones impatiently replied,

You guys are never going to learn the language of the

Spirit, are you?...Jesus appears in thousands of

different faces to portray something. He was trying to

say, "I'm your friend, I am your familiar friend and I'm

going to show you all things so you can move in the power

of the Spirit."[8]
