i think we all learn from mistakes. sometimes i make a statement based on what i know and believe to be true. later i find out what i thought i knew was really not true, and have to change what i said. doesn't make me a false teacher or anything, just human.

This statement is so good because it comes from a heart that is growing in grace and knowledge of Christ and doesn't always look at things from a negative perspective. Simple, you make a mistake, you correct it and go on without condemning yourself. That's maturity and someone that has a good conscience toward God!
