Genesis 3:15 (KJV)

And I will put enmity between thee (Serpent) and the
woman (Mary), and between thy seed and her seed;
it (Christ) shall bruise thy head, and thou (Satan) shalt bruise
his heel.

Romans 16:20 (KJV)

And the God of peace shall bruise Satan
under your feet shortly. The grace of our
Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

Jesus bruised Satan's head when He came
to save the people and set us free.
Satan bruised at Jesus heel like a snake,
but..Jesus still had the victory!!!!

Parable of the wheat and the tares:

Matthew 13:24-30 (KJV)

Another parable put he forth unto them, saying,
The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man (Christ)
which sowed good seed in his field: But while men
slept, his enemy (Satan) came and sowed tares among
the wheat, and went his way.

But when the blade was sprung up, and brought
forth fruit, then appeared the tares also.

So the servants of the householder came and said
unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field?
from whence then hath it tares? He (Christ) said unto
them, An enemy (Satan) hath done this.

The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go
and gather them up? But he said, Nay; lest while ye
gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them.

Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time
of harvest (end of the world) I will say to the reapers (angels)
Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to
burn (lake of fire) them: but gather the wheat into my barn.

.......

Since the beginning of creation Satan has been sowing his
seed (tares) Cain, Esau among the (wheat) Abel Jacob.
Till now its been like this.

The great white throne judgement in Revelation is
the end of the world (harvest time) when the tares (goats) on His
left will be thrown in the lake of fire.

Those on His right (sheep) will be put into His barn (kingdom of heaven)

Jesus is the good sower and He knows his sheep, He calls
them and they hear His voice.

loved the first post about the Seed being Jesus, but I'm not so sure about the wheat being the sheep and the tares being the goats.

Matthew 13
24 Another parable He put forth to them, saying: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field; 25 but while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat and went his way. 26 But when the grain had sprouted and produced a crop, then the tares also appeared. 27 So the servants of the owner came and said to him, ‘Sir, did you not sow good seed in your field? How then does it have tares?’ 28 He said to them, ‘An enemy has done this.’ The servants said to him, ‘Do you want us then to go and gather them up?’ 29 But he said, ‘No, lest while you gather up the tares you also uproot the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, “First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn.”’

did you not just read what the seed is? \

it is the WORD of the Kingdom. therefore if God's seed He sows is His WORD, then what is the seed that Satan sows if not his lies and deceptions?

And too don't you remember reading about the Tares and what they meant?
they are the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches....when the harvest happens Jesus removes the cares of this world and the deceitful riches and burns them.

18 “Therefore hear the parable of the sower: 19 When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then the wicked one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the wayside.

. 22 Now he who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word, and the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.

now the question is WHEN is the time of harvest?

Here's a hint: its not the end of the world.

Matthew 9:37-38
New King James Version (NKJV)
37 Then He said to His disciples, “The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. 38 Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”

want to be fishers of men or harvesters of wheat?

or to put it into terms people recognize:

Has God called you to be an Evangelist or a Bishop?

wait they don't use Bishop now a day, they are called preachers I think or pastors? mmmm or is it just teacher?

what title did Timothy have? its that one.
