There is one place that indirectly states this:
Genesis 37:5-11 (KJV) [SUP]5 [/SUP]And Joseph dreamed a dream, and he told it his brethren: and they hated him yet the more. [SUP]6 [/SUP]And he said unto them, Hear, I pray you, this dream which I have dreamed: [SUP]7 [/SUP]For, behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and, lo, my sheaf arose, and also stood upright; and, behold, your sheaves stood round about, and made obeisance to my sheaf. [SUP]8 [/SUP]And his brethren said to him, Shalt thou indeed reign over us? or shalt thou indeed have dominion over us? And they hated him yet the more for his dreams, and for his words. [SUP]9 [/SUP]And he dreamed yet another dream, and told it his brethren, and said, Behold, I have dreamed a dream more; and, behold, the sun and the moon and the eleven stars made obeisance to me. [SUP]10 [/SUP]And he told it to his father, and to his brethren: and his father rebuked him, and said unto him, What is this dream that thou hast dreamed? Shall I and thy mother and thy brethren indeed come to bow down ourselves to thee to the earth? [SUP]11 [/SUP]And his brethren envied him; but his father observed the saying.

No mention of a child yet to be born here.... he must have been already.
someone can use your same logic and said?
The verse speak also of Her mother...does that mean Rachel was still alive when he had this dream?

Benjamin was born before Joseph was sold into slavery (See Gen 35: 17-18). The next time Genesis speaks of Joseph
again is in Genesis 37:3 when Joseph saw 17 years old.
In considering Gen 37:3,
the reason why Israel loved Joseph because he was born of the old age. does that mean Benjamin was more loved because that will make Benjamin born even of an older age than Joseph?

Joseph was greatly loved because Jacob & Rachael had been trying for years to have a child, & couldn't. Because he was cheated by Laban & given Leah first Jacob considered Joseph as his legitimate firstborn, thus the coat of many colors. This is why Joseph is the "favorite"

though maybe a good argument....
still the statement can be applied to all those who were alive.
Benjamin might not yet born at that time...

Genesis 30:25
After Rachel gave birth to Joseph, Jacob said to Laban, “Send me on my way so I can go back to my own homeland.

Genesis 31:32
But if you find anyone who has your gods, that person shall not live. In the presence of our relatives, see for yourself whether there is anything of yours here with me; and if so, take it.” Now Jacob did not know that Rachel had stolen the gods.

16 Then they moved on from Bethel. While they were still some distance from Ephrath, Rachel began to give birth and had great difficulty. 17 And as she was having great difficulty in childbirth, the midwife said to her, “Don’t despair, for you have another son.” 18 As she breathed her last—for she was dying—she named her son Ben-Oni. But his father named him Benjamin.

19 So Rachel died and was buried on the way to Ephrath (that is, Bethlehem).

Perhaps this will help. I did record some of the scriptures where this info is found.

1. Jacob dies when he is 147 years old, 47:28.

2. He is 130 when he arrives in Egypt, 47:9.
3. He is 120 when Isaac dies at 180 because Jacob is born when Isaac is 60 years old, 35:28 and 25:26.
4. Joseph is 110 when he dies, 50:26. Thus, Joseph is 30. Isaac dies the year Joseph is appointed Governor, 41:46.
5. He is 17 when he is sold into slavery, 37:2. This makes Jacob 107.
6. Jacob is 76 when he flees to Haran.
...
I assume you got 76 from (90- 14 years (serving laban for 14 years), did you consider Rachel did not get pregnant immediately after they got married...
she had to give her handmaid who bore Jacob 2 sons, then leah also had to give her handmaid and bare Jacob two more son...then leah again had two more...

just to minimize doubt about the arithmetic... that is at least 6 years considering a yearly birth..
You cannot place a year between the birth of each child. For example, Dan and Gad are the same age. Naphtali and Ashur are the same age. Zebulun and Joseph are the same age.

There is only seven years between Jacob's marriage to Leah and the birth of Joseph.
Jacob lay with leah only after serving laban for seven years.
Jacob lay with rachel only after serving laban for another seven years.
Only after that, they knew that Rachel was barren. (probably 6-12 mos of trying), upon realizing that she was barren, She then gave her handmaid to jacob, which bore him two sons.
Considering joseph was second to the last. The two sons of rachel handmaid would need to have been born first.
Around 1 yearof trying with rachel
a year for the first baby of rachel handmaid
another year for the second

Jacob lay with rachel only after serving laban for another seven years.
This is a common misconception. Jacob married Rachel only one week after marrying Leah but, he had to agree to continue to serve Laban for another seven years.

21Then Jacob said to Laban, “Give me my wife, for my time is completed, that I may go in to her.” 22Laban gathered all the men of the place and made a feast. 23Now in the evening he took his daughter Leah, and brought her to him; and Jacob went in to her. 24Laban also gave his maid Zilpah to his daughter Leah as a maid. 25So it came about in the morning that, behold, it was Leah! And he said to Laban, “What is this you have done to me? Was it not for Rachel that I served with you? Why then have you deceived me?” 26But Laban said, “It is not the practice in our place to marry off the younger before the firstborn. 27Complete the week of this one, and we will give you the other also for the service which you shall serve with me for another seven years.” 28Jacob did so and completed her week, and he gave him his daughter Rachel as his wife. 29Laban also gave his maid Bilhah to his daughter Rachel as her maid. 30So Jacob went in to Rachel also, and indeed he loved Rachel more than Leah, and he served with Laban for another seven years.

Verse 21: jacob time was complete that He may go to her. (after completing the seven years)

In verse 28, it said again the Jacob completed her week and gave him his daugther.

And we know that a "week" were sometimes used and may mean seven years.

However, you maybe correct and the verse may be talking of just a week.
If we can provide something about the meaning of "completing the week" in marriage.
That would be helpful.

And i think verse 30 gave further info, that jacob indeed went in to rachel then serve laban.
Apology my mistake.

A period of time may sometimes be used as a symbolism but it can only be understood as a symbolism when the context demands it. If you single out the word week and say that it can be regarded as symbolic you must show just cause from the text to suggest why it can. If you arbitrarily single out the time indicator of one week as a symbol, then you must also employ the same rule of interpretation to the seven years. In this case, the matter is linguistically very simple. One week means one week and seven years means seven years.

Following the above:
Leah had four sons then stop having a baby.
A year for a son that would give her 4 years.

And we know the two are competing with each other.
When leah saw that bilhah was having jacob sons he then gave her hand maid:
Giving her two more,
then leah bare jacob two more:

A year for not having baby,
2 years for the last two sons of leah.
A minimum of 7 years before joseph was born

Here in Spain, the youngest child in a given family is referred to as "El Benjamin" or "La Benjamina." This is taken from Benjamin being the youngst of the Twelve sons of Israel. Below is a chart depicting the twelve sons and their mothers. I hope this is useful. Yahweh bless all in Yeshua, amen.

Jacob actually served Laban for a total of 20 years, 31:38. He marries Leah and Rachel only one week apart. Assuming that Leah got pregnant following her first menstrual cycle after they were married, then Ruben is born in their first of marriage. Joseph is born six years later. Let's look at the math. After seven initial years of service, Jacob marries both women. Ruben is born in the first year of their marriage, this makes eight years. Joseph is born six years later. This places Jacob in Pandan-arim 14 years. He continues to serve Laben for another six years. This makes Joseph six hears old when they leave Pandan-aram.
