did you even know you are suppose to or what it means to speak as an oracle of God?

Hebrews 5:12
For though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food.

1 Peter 4:11
If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Do you know the basic principles?

I've found most people don't even bother drinking the milk, much less move on to the meat.

Notice the verses in 1 Peter4: 11 that "if ANYONE speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God."?

so what does it mean? what is the milk? what is the FIRST PRINCIPLES OF THE ORACLES OF GOD mentioned in Hebrews 5?

Its simple.

1. The Gospel of Jesus Christ and His WORDS as recorded in the Bible by His Apostles and prophets throughout time.
do you read it daily? Do you proclaim His Salvation and His Gospel:

Romans 10:8-10
New King James Version (NKJV)
8 But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart”[a](that is, the word of faith which we preach): 9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

2. Daily Prayer to the Heavenly Father. Jesus gave a model prayer in Matthew 6 and Luke 11

3. Walking with the Holy Spirit and displaying the fruit therein as described in Galatians 5: 22-23

what is the meat?

well that is a little more difficult but the basic is DISCERNMENT between good and evil and Maturity grounded in GOOD doctrine so that you can not be moved from GOD's Truth and not be deceived by demons or men but only be lead by God's Holy Spirit and His Word. It is then you will be entrusted with care of the sheep, Why would God entrust you with others when you are babe still on milk? A child is no different from a slave.

Who do you chose to be a slave to?

Or will you drink your milk and learn to eat meat and become a Friend of God knowing His will not just reacting blindly to the world?

Galatians 4:1-3
New King James Version (NKJV)
1 Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, does not differ at all from a slave, though he is master of all, 2 but is under guardians and stewards until the time appointed by the father. 3 Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world.

John 15:15
No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.

Speaking as the Oracles of God means that we should be speaking the Scriptures of God. What we say should agree with the Bible. Many people have a commentary that does not line up with the Scripture. I believe that speaking as the Oracles of God means: that we speak the correct doctrine of the Bible, what we say is supported by the Bible, and even more so it is quoting the Bible directly. People who speak as the Oracles of God sound like the Bible. I know many people who sound like the KJV because that is what they read; other people sound like the NIV because that is what they read. As long as it lines up with the Bible I do not see the problem. The problem is when people believe the Bible says something that it does not say.
