He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant. [the law of Moses commands that] in the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised. Leviticus 12:3

Was anyone called [after] being circumcised? He must not undo his circumcision. Was anyone called in uncircumcision? He must not become circumcised. Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God. 1 Corinthians 7:18-19​

Then Jesus said to his host
When you give a luncheon or dinner, do not invite your friends, brothers or relatives, or your rich neighbours: If you do they might invite you back and so you will be repaid.
But when you give a banquet, invite the poor and the crippled and the lame and the blind and you will be blessed. Although they cannot repay you, you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous
