I'm afraid that's not enough info to go off of. Which web browser are you using? Do you have www.christianchat.com white listed in your pop up blocker, if applicable? Is your Adobe Flash plugin/active-x installed and working, and up to date?

I'm not sure what's so difficult to navigate. You could have tried creating your own post (as opposed to posting in someone elses) and asking for help. But since you chose not to, the only way to delete an account is contact a moderator.
Scroll to the top, look for 'Quick Links' and there is an option for 'view site leaders'. Pick one and mail them your request.

Sorry to hear you were met with difficulty. There are some technical difficulties with various web browsers and their engines, Flash, etc.
If you would still like to have your account deleted, that's done upon request. To request account deletion, you may contact a moderator/administrator via PM and they will remove your account.
