How many rep points equals a Rep Power?

and see i see this we have many(most) members who have 3000 post so rep power 10,,,,but if you search their postings you will find,,,,,,,2999 post that say "dummy","idiot",,"read",,,,"unlearned",,,ect. thousands of post from them that do not edify...but under the current "measure",,,,they have rep10,,,,,becouse of the amount of times they said "anything",,,,,,,base it on likes and they will fall to rep1,,,,,
As far as I know, rep power is based on the number of years you have been a member (one rep power per year), and the number of posts that you've made (one rep power for your first 50 posts, and one for every thousand posts after that).
Also, if I'm not mistaken, 100 rep points equal one green light.
