How do you take someone off the ignore list?

up on the top of your profile page up on the right side it says settings...click that then you will see on the left side edit ignore list.....

Just go to their profile page to add them to the list. This blocks all direct forum actions and notifications regarding them.
It has no affect on chat rooms, so ignoring one in forums does Not ignore them in chat.
If another user quotes them you Can read their posts through the quote.
There is also an option to view an individual post from anyone you have blocked.
