Sometimes this happens. Usually i just close everything out, give it some time and if fixes itself.
Others have had problems with it lasting longer, try clearing out your internet cache and all that fun stuff.If those ideas don't work may have to try Robo directly through mail.

I would like to know what causes this. The only time I ran into this issue, it was purely my fault; I had the chat window up still and went to log back into the chat rooms. *facepalm*
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, and close it. Then attempt to access chat again. A nice program to use that takes care of clearing out your cache and cookies (and then some) is ccleaner.

We still are un-aware of what causes this particular issue, and sometimes it can last for DAYS! If this is still an issue for you, Bugboy, make another account with almost the exact same nickname, such as BugGboy (just a slight change, like adding an extra g) and we will approve it without asking for money for the nick name change. Sometimes it can take up to 4 days for the account to fix itself, but it should eventually. I hope this helps!
