Only moderators can delete a thread... and they'll only do it if they have a really really really really good reason to..

After 5 minutes posts can only be removed or edited by mods, and that usually requires a special reason. Entire threads are even harder to get removed. If a post breaks ToS or has personal information, for example, you can get it edited. If you just change your mind it's unlikely they'll change it typically.
But I don't know what you mean by "reputation thread".

Not sure either. It sounds as if this member got some rep from a post in that thread but overall did not like this particular thread whatever it was.

I mean asking them to close the thread for you. What's the name of it and what forum is it in? I can contact Oncefallen and ask him to do it.. :)

No, locking a thread prevents people from posting in it.

But i looked for you posting in, or starting, any thread called Alone and there's no sign of it. But i'm not getting how a thread called "Alone" condemns someone? You said yourself it wasn't a bad thread, so it sounds to me perhaps you're being overly sensitive to a very minor thing. If posting in a thread condemns you simply by the name of the thread then you have a very skewed and unbiblical perspective on these things.

Also, multiple people stated they don't know what a 'reputation thread' is. By using that term again explains nothing to anyone. Mind you these are people who have been active forum posters on this site for years. So you may need to clarify what that means in ways other than saying the same thing again as an explanation.

You logged in when you were 12? How is that possible, since you're 27 and have been here for only 4 years?

If it were a different name what difference does it make?
If you were 12, and are now 27, that makes the post 15 years old.
I get you're describing what you are seeing, but I'm showing that your explanation makes no sense. Even to seasoned users.
If It's a different name how would anyone know what that name was? But it's very rare for an entire thread to be deleted anyways. Sounds to me you're worrying about something not important.
But if you're afraid to talk to a mod then it's all irrelevant anyways.
Not trying to give you a hard time, just stating what I see and how things are coming across.

It makes sense to me... lil_girl is saying that when she goes to her settings page, she can see the title of a thread she received a rep in, and she does not like to be reminded of being alone, or whatever it was she said in that thread, because she feels condemned by it.

Lil_girl, the reminder will fall away eventually as you receive more reputation points, because only so many show at once, and then there is no record of them beyond your reputation power and points total. Other than that, in the meantime you can just ignore your settings page if what you see on it is so upsetting...
