Again:
Men by nature are unwilling and at enmity against God, will not and cant submit to God. So if a person becomes willing, then that's indicative God has changed them, saved them and given them a new heart.

BTW mans heart by nature is totally depraved Jer 17:9

9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
Exegesis can make more sense out of what you seem to like using as a club to hit peopled over the head with....

Jeremiah's love of his life became unfaithful to him.
She went after the pagan cult sex rituals and left him.

She used to come around at times to torment him.
For... the sight of her he kept breaking his heart...

When the Lord gave Jeremiah the words? "the heart is deceitful and desperately wicked."
It was to explain his situation, and why he was weeping so much..

That verse could also be read...

The deceitful heart is above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

The Lord was consoling Jeremiah as to why the love of his life had turned against him..
And, also why the people of Israel he loved were turning against God.

Its all about context.
Its not to be used as a club like you take pleasure in doing with just anyone.

John 1:41-47
He first found his own brother Simon, and said to him, “We have found the Messiah”
(which is translated, the Christ). And he brought him to Jesus.
Now when Jesus looked at him, He said, “You are Simon the son of Jonah.
You shall be called Cephas” (which is translated, A Stone).
The following day Jesus wanted to go to Galilee, and He found Philip and said
to him, “Follow Me.”
Now Philip was from Bethsaida, the city of Andrew and Peter. Philip found Nathanael
and said to him, “We have found Him of whom Moses in the law, and also the prophets,
wrote—Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.”
And Nathanael said to him, “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?”
Philip said to him, “Come and see.”
Jesus saw Nathanael coming toward Him, and said of him,
“Behold, an Israelite indeed, in whom is no deceit!”

All the gifts of the Apostles were uniquely given to them, so they had the ability to cast out demons and perform miracles. But they are still fellow believers, equal in value to any other believer of our time.

Today, God still performs miracles through His children's prayers. But we don't have the gift of performing miracles like Judas Iscariot, had. He had it in him but we ask God to perform them these days so they are done by Him.

Those who come to Jesus on that day will be people who lived in every age of time. Right from the beginning to the end of time.

God has used my Minister to deliver people from evil spirits, my Minister was a vessel God used o save the person but the deliverance and salvation were all of God
Those gifts are no longer active.
No more apostles today.
No more tongues today....

Just the same.
Jesus warned..

Matthew 7:21-23... False apostles will fake out emotion driven believers with signs and wonders..
Failing to teach sound doctrine simultaneously.

That is why Jesus called them workers if inequity... lawlessness.

These teachers may seem to thrive, but not according to an accurate understanding of God's Word.
Demons back up their false teaching with pseudo evidence (supernatural signs and wonders),
making the gullible to think that what they are told is from God.

Those with discernment will know that its evil.....

yet most people today when asked will say that they are saved because they accepted Christ.

I was saved because I accepted Jesus Christ having died for my sins.
I had to "accept it" because I was brought up as a Jew being told not to believe it.

Are you telling me I am not saved?

Lol that's not what Calvin taught

He taught this View attachment 262907
You are still imputed his righteousness, even if one is a jerk after salvation...if one took a moment to believe.

You just will not able to walk *experientially* in God's Spirit and mature in Christ as long as one thinks God wants their righteousness to please Him.

Church programs are notorious for encouraging such a form of human righteousness.

5 points of tulip I found the answer to verify the points correctly

Total depravity exists when God decides

Unconditional election exists when God decides

Irresistible grace exists when God decides

Limited atonement exists when God decides

Perseverance of the saints exists when God decides.

When God changes them?
Its then Regeneration.

While getting them to the point of being made able to believe?
During that drawing period God must change how their flesh functions against their soul

To do that?

God provides His power that frees up that soul to be made able to think free of the flesh while being drawn by God.

That power is called.. "Grace."

Many are taught to believe that God's grace is a form of His approval that he gives us when we do not warrant approval.
Hence... "Unmerited favor." Yet, Paul let's us know that God's Grace is an actual power. Its God's enabling power to
enable us to function how He wants us to function.

His grace is real power that is given supernaturally to us because in our own power we could never be able to function as He wants us to be.

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”
Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may
rest upon me. 2 Corinthians 12:9
But by God’s grace I am what I am, and his grace towards me was not in vain; on the contrary,
I have worked harder than all of them, although it was not I but the grace of God with me."
1 Corinthians 15:10

Grace is power.
Not, unmerited favor.

If anything? God's mercy would be unmerited favor.

Grace is enabling power that God makes us to be able with.
Grace is given to humble believers who know they are naturally too weak to be as He needs/wants them to be.
