Yes, but what does that have to do with accusations in general?

Accusation means someone did something illegal or wrong, Satan is known as the Accuser it was listed in the back of my Bible under the word Accusations, He is always saying people did things WRONG

People do do things wrong; but he accuses people even when they don't.

"....stretch out your hand and strike his flesh and bones, and he will surely curse you to your face.”

But Satan was wrong.

The devil's favorite way is to constantly remind believers of the sins of their lives before their salvation. Once saved, believers are freed from the chains of sins. Does not mean they are perfect, it means sin is no longer in control of their lives.

Yes, the devil is the accuser, but, then so are very, very many peoples. Both in the church and the world.

Ah. Accusation means a claim of wrongdoing, not that someone actually did something wrong. :)

"Satan" is the role of the accuser and also the role-name of the Accuser of the brethren (note the difference in capitalization). Unfortunately, many people think that any accusation is coming from Satan, which simply is not true. Also many people don't realize that Satan's accusations are usually based in facts, but there is a distortion of degree, frequency, or status (forgiven or not).

Satan is known as the Accuser (Revelation 12:10)
Hi Dave, is there a particular point you want to make with this thread?
Most Christians are aware satan is called the accuser... there's really no argument about that.

Do you have some particular thoughts or direction on this topic?

A allegory of dying for me, I got from a dream.
I died, and found me in court. I had lived a live of love as best I could, willing to learn new daily, and regarding me as dead daily as in Romans 6,7,8 tells me to stand in belief to see new

I saw a Judge, a prosecutor and me. No defense attorney. I watched and heard the prosecutor defame me, tell the things I had done wrong, before belief and after belief about lusts of this world I was in. I got worried and stressed and wondered where is my Jesus the one I depend on.

Right after, the prosecutor (Evil) was finished, there was the call for my defense
All of a sudden the court doors flew open and in walked the risen Jesus for me. He stated to the Judge, all those things the prosecutor said are true about Howard. I was beside me, What???????????????????????????????????
I am going to be executed
Then Jesus said, yet Father you know what I did for you, Howard here has believed you in me being risen for him to be born again as is stated in Eph 1:6;7;13, Phil 1:6 and has done what he could and stood willing to learn new from all mistakes made.
As his righteousness you give have given by my done work for you and to all that choose to believe you seriously, not using it to get away with sin ever again.

The Judge, bangs the gavel and says "Not Guilty" Thanksgiving and praise, I see to just do and love all as called and not worry over the Law that gets used, to get people stuck in doing wrong, especially those trying not to do it, do it more so, as said by Paul to us all in Romans 7 and Phil 3 to become wise and see what the flesh does to us the people. Sin takes occasion by the command not to sin.
Evil people, to this day, is still the accuser, it is flesh nature, Satan lost in the resurrected Christ, keys he had taken away (Rev. 1)
When asked what is the salvation given us. The answer usually is Jesus died for us.
Then when asked what does the resurrection of Son mean to you
Dead silence, is what I used to do. Now it is he is risen where new life from God Father is given, and one simply walks new in love to all. That is the call,
Thanking Father and Son for what is done by Son now in the fulfilled prophecies of Son for us to be new in, as in Ps. 100:4, 103:12

Amen He used to always be witnessing against all sinners before God and used what God had said in the law to do it like he did in Eden

“And he shewed me Joshua the high priest standing before the angel of the LORD, and Satan standing at his right hand to resist him. …Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and stood before the angel.”
‭‭Zechariah‬ ‭3:1, 3‬ ‭

That’s how the Old Testament was

but now Jesus is advocating for us through the gospel

“So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭16:19‬ ‭KJV‬‬
“Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭8:34‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Instead of an accuser before God who has been thrown out of heaven we have an advocate and propitiation when we fail and need him

“My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not.

And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: and he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for our's only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭2:1-3‬ ‭KJV‬‬

satan accused us but when Jesus raise up into heaven Satan was cast out into the earth that rejected Jesus and so in heaven with God we have an intercessor and advocate who laid down his life for our sins and also is advocating for us before God the having done that very thing shedding his own blood for loves sake

Wow, woe is me as in Isaiah 6:1-7
“We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death. Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.

Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭3:14-19‬ ‭KJV‬‬

In other words

This is how we know what Gods love is: Jesus Christ laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, ( won’t help them when we’re able ) how can the love of God be in that person?

Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭3:16-18‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?

In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead….. As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.”
‭‭James‬ ‭2:14-17, 26‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you. Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.

Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like.

But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in itnot forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do.”
‭‭James‬ ‭1:21-25‬ ‭

“Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-32‬ ‭KJV‬‬

What appears to be is not always as it appears, or so we see how Jesus was treated, that harmed no one. Sit still and listen, drown out all the noises around you and hear. Do I help this one Father? How, let it go or give. Giving I see to not let that one know it was me that did it, so they will give you the praise and not me, thank you
Some people need to be let go, to find out on their own. Sometimes help can stagnate growth.

Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭3:16-18‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Actions as Jesus did, each morning went out to pray for his instructions for the day. One day the disciples sought him out that morning, found him, and wanted to go back to where they were yesterday, the people were in marvel over it, wanted a repeat.
Jesus replied, I am going over there, I have my instructions for the day. Do as you know you are lead and not be led by the nose of notoriety of people rejoicing over thee and what you had done or can do. God is not getting all the credit in that, you think?

Jesus said, I do nothing or say nothing without my Father's lead, Amazing Grace we got from his following every word from Dad, Jesus the only perfect Son. Making his Father our Dad as he said this to Mary, Don't touch me, I go to my Father, and your Father now also. Found in John 20

The ? that stands is who is leading us, the people of the religious Church and we have to do to be seen by them? Or what is God saying to you in that particular instance? As they accused Jesus of all they could accuse him of to make him as a bad person. Over the fact, in truth, they were playing the Judge and accusing him of doing wrong, where he did whatever was right in every situation, not appreciated for healing and raising the dead, why????

"Job Security" The religious leaders then the Pharisees, were not fair you see. Because Jesus by his good works was threatening their jobs, and so they wanted him out of the way. The people were only looking for Jesus whenever they talked to anyone of the parishioners. Then Lazareth raised, then they really plotted to kill Jesus in John this be found

‭‭John‬ ‭8:31-32‬ ‭KJV‬‬
The word, not the world planted in you. The word comes in Spirit and Truth from God the Holy Spirit, not of this world to go out and about to get anything, wrong motives, keep you barren from the new life offered in truth as free to y'all. James speaks of us not getting what we want, and why, having wrong motives. As Jesus said do not sit in Moses's seat, if you do, watch out if that be the only reward you get!
Amazing grace how sweet the sound, so let this save us all, the wretch that I am admitting to, as each makes this choice too for them too in risen Son Jesus for them to be in with Father, the Holy Spirit's lead, thank you
Discerning is only really discerned by God living in us to us in love and mercy from Father and Son to us, that does not always seem as is. God sees there inside, man only sees the outside.
Ex: 12 years ago, I was in the Hospital, with foreigners Gang Greene. I died per the doctors 7 times, in the emergency watch, 2 weeks, spent Christmas there.
I lived and still, live now at twelve years later. I am less than 5% of the people that make it past a year and not have died over it. God is good, all the time as good is God all the time, keeping things all things in Rhyme for me to be and remain content in thanksgiving and praise, even though I know I do not deserve to have been given this gift. I'm thankful
As you are too brother in the living Lord Father and Son as Won for us to be one with them,
Woe again
God did not have to come to earth in Son for us to save us. ??The salvation I find in the risen Son, not the dead one. The dead one I find reconciliation 24/7. therefore I am in Thanksgiving and praise 24/7, since I am in an unredeemed body still

There is always a time to and a time not to. Ecclesiastes
It’s always time for a sinner to repent Gods waiting since Jesus came NOW is the day of salvation

“We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain. (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, And in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)

Giving no offence in any thing, that the ministry be not blamed: But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses, in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings; by pureness, by knowledge, by longsuffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned, by the word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left, by honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceivers, and yet true; as unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and, behold, we live; as chastened, and not killed; as sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.”
‭‭2 Corinthians‬ ‭6:1-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬

every day whether good or bad is the day to repent and believe
