Because God will get rid of all physicality.

So you are a gnostic? You better read what Paul had to say about that nonsense. And do read your Bible. We are physical beings, and we are going to be resurrected with physical bodies.

Where do people get this nonsense from?

Christ rules no matter the circumstances.

Physical reign, spiritual, it doesn't matter. One or one who always was, it's beside the point (i'm not 100% sure, myself). What is important is that the Father's plan is perfect and it will be fulfilled.

Me too, Matthew 4:4. And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven. Matthew 23:9

But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.
Mark 13:32

If one doesn't know the day it ends, then one should consider John 3:16-17
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Here's another which indicates the outward man does perish but inward man is being renewed

The things seen seem to be that which is temporal no?

Remember that's When there wasn't over 6 billion people, if I think about it with all the different languages today and how the world is because of it, would the next world be a carbon copy in languages wouldn't seem logic to me.
I don't know. You may be right. But I do love hearing some of the accents. And some are even amusing. It really makes for a good variety. However, we'll just have to wait and see. It would be good if we make it. At least I'd get to meet many new faces, including yours.

The Earth is going no where. Here is the picture. After the trib Christ will reign for 1,000 years and there will be people who live through the trib both saved and unsaved. The unsaved are given 100 years to accept Christ and then they die it's in Isaiah but nor sure off hand at this point in this juncture I will look it up. During this 1,000 years babies will be born and grow and have never been tempted by Satan. God, being righteous, will unleash satan again to tempt those who have not been tempted as we were. There will be some who will rise with satan to attack the Lord Jesus christ and the Lord will make a short work and destroy them, casting satan and his cohorts into the lake of fire. Then God the Father will tranfer His headquarters from Heaven to Earth and people will still be living in these flesh bodies but un tempted as the Glory of God will fill the Earth just as in Genesis. You know the new heaven and new Earth, nor more oceans and lake just a river that flows from the throne with trees on either side and their leaves are used for medicine. What spiritual body needs medicine? any way after that we are not told.

In a nut shell that is.

I hope you are not an architect, because I don't think you'd get hired if you said something like that on an interview.

As for me, in my profession, I'd be fired on the spot.

The bible is like a blueprint. It outlines everything, we need to know, in order to build our lives around God's will. If we don't understand the blueprint, how can we build?

And don't forget the enemy. He doesn't want us to build successfully. So he would be quite happy if we didn't know the divine plan, or couldn't care less about it, because then he would give us his blueprint.

What a mess, we'd make.

Ahhh thank you and you as well, yes I agree a lot of answers are like that in my opinion, it's makes for amusing thoughts and wonders but the reality is the basics is what it's about I don't see harm in pushing the thought process as long as the basic foundation is there can always rebuild the view on things not written like minutes and seconds lol..

Agree. The basics are very important. Once we have that, then God will help us move on to the deeper things - the meaty portions. Beyond that, we wait until it's revealed in God's time. Stretching the imagination is good. Like, I like to take my mind for rides into the future, when all people will be dressing proper again. LOL.

Revelation 21:1Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. 2And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband.…

After the fire which destroys the wicked, satan, sin and death - God's way of purifying the earth is to burn it getting rid of all the evil that has been here for many years. Then you have the Bible verse above with the new heaven and new earth brought back better than it's former glory of the Garden of Eden... it is made new, sinless and now pure.
That's the actual correct way to look at it per God's Holy Writ. The idea is about a cleansing of the surface of the same earth, not a total destruction of it into an asteroid belt and then creation of a totally brand new one. A closer look at 2 Peter 3 where Peter covers the subject of God's destructions upon the earth shows a cleansing of the same earth each time.

Hello RobbyEarl,

The unsaved are given 100 years to accept Christ and then they die it's in Isaiah but nor sure off hand at this point in this juncture I will look it up.

You are correct that Christ will return to the earth to end the age and there will be both saved and unsaved, which will be those great tribulation saints and then there will those who will have worshiped the beast, his image and received his mark. According to the parable in Mt.13 of the wheat and weeds, when Christ returns the angels will go throughout the earth and will first collect the weeds (Mt.13:30) and will bring them back to where all of those kings, generals and their armies will have been gathered at Armageddon and they will all be killed by that double-edged sword. There will be no forgiveness for those who have worshiped the beast, his image and received his mark.

The verse that you are thinking about in Isaiah 65:20 regarding the 100 years is regarding the restoration of longevity for those living during the thousand years, which says:

"
Never again will there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man who does not live out his years; the one who dies at a hundred will be thought a mere child; the one who fails to reach a hundred will be considered accursed."

The above is for those who are allowed to enter into the millennium and those who are born during that time. But regarding the wicked, when Christ returns they are killed immediately and are eaten by all those birds that the angel will have gathered together found in Rev.19:17-21

"
The rest were killed with the sword coming out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh."

Where in the word of God do you see that written? Hebrews 11:3?

Thank you very much for clearing up that bit about the 100 years. Had me confused for a little while.

The Isaiah 65:20 Scripture is an expression for the world to come which begins on the "day of the Lord" when Jesus returns to gather His Church, i.e, the last day of this present world, and the start of the "thousand years" millennium reign by Christ over the nations per Rev.20.

These are all Millennium AND... later new heavens and a new earth Scriptures mixed together...

Isa 65:14-25
14 Behold, My servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.
15 And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto My chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call His servants by another name:
16 That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from Mine eyes.
17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in My people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.
20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.
21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of My people, and Mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.
24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, saith the LORD.
KJV

The Millennium is only about Christ's thousand years reign that begins at His return. But the new heavens and a new earth is for after the thousand years and begins after the GWT judgment.

The reason why those descriptions are mixed together there is because even beginning with Christ's thousand years, some eternal changes upon the earth are going to start to manifest then. A look at Rev.22:14-15 easily shows this, as God's River and the Tree of Life inside the city of Jerusalem on earth are manifest during Christ's thousand years reign, with the wicked dwelling outside the gates of the city.

On the day of our Lord Jesus' 2nd coming, all peoples alive on earth will be changed at the twinkling of an eye to the spiritual body. There will be no more... flesh death after that day. The only death remaining per Rev.20 will be the "second death", which is the perishing of one's spirit/soul into the lake of fire at the GWT judgment.

One thousand years of Kingdom rule, the earth will look way better than this, but pictures do paint a thousand words.

Just imagine what it will be like.
One thing is for sure...
It will not be the way it is now, but rather is will allow us to reflect the words as stated in
1 Chronicles 29:
10 Wherefore David blessed Jehovah before all the assembly; and David said, Blessed be thou, O Jehovah, the God of Israel our father, for ever and ever.
11 Thine, O Jehovah, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Jehovah, and thou art exalted as head above all.
12 Both riches and honor come of thee, and thou rulest over all; and in thy hand is power and might; and in thy hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all.
13 Now therefore, our God, we thank thee, and praise thy glorious name.

Hay i was told that there were no animals in heaven , but then i was all so told that when in heaven we will get the desires of our heart , mine is a great love of horses , but here is an other question , who lives on the new earth and who lives in the new Heaven ??
