Hay i was told that there were no animals in heaven , but then i was all so told that when in heaven we will get the desires of our heart , mine is a great love of horses , but here is an other question , who lives on the new earth and who lives in the new Heaven ??
Hello Breanna,

Well, I don't know about other animals, but I know that there are horses:

"Then I saw heaven standing open, and there before me was a white horse. And its rider is called Faithful and True. With righteousness He judges and wages war. He has eyes like blazing fire, and many royal crowns on His head. He has a name written on Him that only He Himself knows. He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and His name is The Word of God. The armies of heaven, dressed in fine linen, white and pure, follow Him on white horses.

So John went up to heaven, and he saw...
coming out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, as it were frogs:

Isn't this the truth of what John saw?
Rev. 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show unto his servants, even the things which must shortly come to pass: and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John;
Rev. 4:2 Straightway I was in the Spirit: and behold, there was a throne set in heaven, and one sitting upon the throne;
Rev 17:3 And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness: and I saw a woman sitting upon a scarlet-colored beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.

Are they not visions, most of which are not literal, like the visions of Daniel, and Ezekiel, and the one Peter, James, and John, saw of Jesus being transfigured?

Matthew 17:
1 And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,
2 And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light.
3 And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him.
4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
6 And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were sore afraid.
7 And Jesus came and touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid.
8 And when they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.
9 And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.

Only Jehovah through his appointed king will accomplish this.
No human Government can.
Honor Christ the King!

Good question .
The earth in Psalms for instance 37 or 72
refers to the planet earth using the righteous and removal of the wicked as in Psalm 37 to show that the removal of those opposed to God's will will be removed this bringing peaceful conditions to the earth.

In other instances the "earth" references people opposed to God and His purposes.

the 'new earth' will not have a sun, or moon, or sea. GOD Himself will be the light of it (Rev 21). It will contain our spiritual bodies and will be everlasting. It will thus not be made of materials known on the old earth which constantly corrupt.

The 'old earth' will be destroyed by fire (2 Peter 3)

I don't think the Earth will be scorched with flames. .
it is described like molten lava,
then they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet

Malachi 4:3 (KJV)

And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles
of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the Lord of hosts.

Rev 20:11, "...., from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away;and there was found no place for them."

Heaven and earth fly away into the void of space at the last judgement.

Then it will be as it was before creation,

God and the void (the deep, the face of the deep, the darkness).

After the judgement,

we will never see the darkness again,

We will be surrounded by God's love, and light.
--

Did you ever think that the judgement would last billions of earth years?

Every thought and motive of our heart exposed?

Each one of us,

One at a time.

Our souls and lives, laid bare for all to see.

For God to see.
--

(It's supposed to be a time of rewards.)

The first angel sounded his trumpet, and there came hail
and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled down on the
earth. A third of the earth was burned up, a third of the
trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.

While discussing this scripture, Psalms 34:16, the question came up, "Why would God remove the wicked from the earth, and then turn around and destroy it?" 2 Peter 3:7 & 10
I decided I would put the question out to others, and see what others say on it.
Hello thestudent,

Well first of all, God has a specific place/location for everyone throughout all of history, whose names are not written in His book of life, which is specifically for the unrighteous dead. After this present earth departs, the judgment at the great white throne will take place and everyone's name not found written in the book of life will be thrown into the lake of fire, which is also called the second death (Rev.20:11-15).

After this judgment and according to Rev.21-22, God is going to create a brand new heaven and earth, for this present heaven and earth will have departed:

"Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. The earth and the heavens fled from his presence, and there was no place for them"

"Then I saw “a new heaven and a new earth,” for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea" (Rev.21)

Since the unrighteous are punished in the lake of fire, conscious and aware, God has a place for them as previously stated, which is the lake of fire. If they were to remain on the earth after it passes away, they would not continue in their punishment, which is separation from God in torment in flame in the lake of fire which was created for Satan and angels (Mt.25:41)

As a side note, there are those who believe that this present earth is going to be refurbished, opposed to a brand new earth. I personally believe that it will be the latter, and that because John says that he sees a new heaven and a new earth and a new Jerusalem coming down out of heaven. Since we know that the new Jerusalem is a brand new creation and not a renovation of the current Jerusalem, then the coming heaven and earth must also be new.

Hello BeyonET,

The Sun becoming a red giant is not apart of the plan. God created the sun, the stars and all those galaxies out there and so He is able to take them out of existence. During the time of the new heaven, new earth and new Jerusalem, scripture states there will be no sun or moon to give it light, for the glory of God will be its light. So, obviously the sun and moon will not be here to give the new heaven and earth light. They probably depart just as this present heaven and earth will.

Sorry but according to the Bible, you will not be around when the Earth is destroyed.

It will end up at the local Second Hand Store, or one of the Bargain Basement Stores that sell "flatware."

So you are a gnostic? You better read what Paul had to say about that nonsense. And do read your Bible. We are physical beings, and we are going to be resurrected with physical bodies.

Where do people get this nonsense from?
THe bible says that we see Jesus. In order to do that, we will have to have a body like him. Of Light

Hey Ahwatukee, well no one really knows how our Sun will exactly come to its end in detailed form. In my opinion it could very well end with our Sun expanding into a red giant expanding even more running out of fuel then collapsing in on its self.

Theres a few verses that speak on the state of the Sun at its end one being in Acts but still doesn't speak on the exact process that's going to make the Sun loose it's light.

Acts 2:20
THE SUN WILL BE TURNED INTO DARKNESS AND THE MOON INTO BLOOD, BEFORE THE GREAT AND GLORIOUS DAY OF THE LORD SHALL COME
