How ironic of you popeye? Why are you "whining/complaining" about too much anti hagin/wof stuff which has btw "salvic" implications to people? And yet your the so-called premier pre-trib poster around here that fights to the death anyone that believes otherwise and it is not a "salvic" issue and it does not bother you? In fact, you have 5,771 post here on the pre-trib rapture and only two on hagin getting badgered? What's wrong with this picture? And btw, the charismamag article has been posted I think two other times in past weeks. In other words, your not keeping up to speed? :rolleyes: :eek:

I do not remember any verses about this, but that doesn't mean they aren't there. Maybe someone else knows? Were the priests even supposed to take things out of the temple? Or was this before the temple? Right, you don't know!
General about on the laws of the priest. Leviticus. And the tabernacle in the wilderness is where it started, but they did get to the point of tying a rope on to the priest foot to take him out when God killed him for doing something wrong in the Holy of Holies because no one could go in there but the high priest that God just killed.

There is a whole lot of covering up the priest had to do right down to "holy underwear" in that book. Truthfully, my eyes kind of clouded over at the complexity of it all at times. And, it's such a hard read, I can't talk myself into searching it again just yet. lol

Protocol

Answered prayer has a protocol.

Healing also has a protocol

My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.

Somebody suggested strongly that I was Word of Faith...Not knowing what that even is, I had to look up google..Then I took it to the Word...Speaking the things that you want to see in your life...Ok Word We need that...Faith....We need that. Speaking Gods Word by Faith sounds like a desirable thing. Why would that be wrong? Someone above mentioned healing...so..1 Peter 2:24 He himself bore our sins in his body on the stake, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness — by his wounds you were healed That sounds like a done deal to me. Its like Isaiah 53:5 (CJB)
[SUP]5 [/SUP]But he was wounded because of our crimes,
crushed because of our sins;
the disciplining that makes us whole fell on him,
and by his bruises* we are healed.

Both verses say we are healed..With NO stipulations...
Its been done. I am healed....
So then I look at the crooked leg and say. "I have a crooked leg" Where is my healing? I have a crooked leg.

Jesus said "John 5:19 (CJB)

[SUP]19 [/SUP]Therefore, Yeshua said this to them: “Yes, indeed! I tell you that the Son cannot do anything on his own, but only what he sees the Father doing; whatever the Father does, the Son does too.

Well now..It seems to me that we should be doing what we see Jesus do, and say the things that Jesus says. If God says that by Jesus stripes I'm healed, why should I doubt it?

Who thinks that the Word is for today? Apparently only those who are that Word of Faith thing. I know that the Word is for me..The Word is for today. So from now on I am Word man living by Faith I speak the Word and expect to see the Word fulfilled in me today. I will not pay any heed to nonsense about hermanetics or semantics or any other excuse for not believing what the Word says. Faith works by love. I fail at this too much but with practice? Who knows? The Word knows..LOL Anybody take offense at this? Sorry. I choose the Word

Did you even read the OP? Because, it deals with the pulling Isa. 53:5b out of context. Or maybe I need to do it one more time!

So, it does prove you are Word Faith. At least you are willing to own up to the error of your ways.

Saints never forget that WE are only pilgrims in a land that does not belong to us yet. Do not be attache to this world for the one whom this world seeks to kill and destroy or corrupt anything from Our Father.
for now we.live by faith in the certainty that our God will come in all His glory to take this land back and there is no principality or power in heaven in earth to stop this. Keep the faith Saints He will come to claim it all back.
For me i will always believe in faith because without it it's impossible to please Him.
i am a child of Faith took my studies under Word of Faith, Fortworth Texas
So yes i am absolutely a child of Faith .

Another basic reason why healing is not included in the atonement is simple
Yeah, you do not believe God's Word...

Everything produces after it's own kind (seedtime and harvest), and sin brought forth sickness / disease... so once sin was paid for,. it opened the door for deliverance for God's people (those that believe and act on His promises) to have access to health, healing, and all things that the Lord has because we are joint heirs with Him (Romans 8:17)
Well, some of us are anyway...

If you do not believe the Lord heals today... no worries as you will not be bothered with it.

No, actually it espouses satan's viewpoint of this verse.

But, everyone has the right to follow whom they choose and adapt to their point of view.

Proverbs 4:20-22

My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

How is it out of context?
Who believes our report?
To whom is the arm of Adonai revealed?
[SUP]2 [/SUP]For before him he grew up like a young plant,
like a root out of dry ground.
He was not well-formed or especially handsome;
we saw him, but his appearance did not attract us.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]People despised and avoided him,
a man of pains, well acquainted with illness.
Like someone from whom people turn their faces,
he was despised; we did not value him. [SUP]4 [/SUP]In fact, it was our diseases he bore,
our pains from which he suffered;
yet we regarded him as punished,
stricken and afflicted by God.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]But he was wounded because of our crimes,
crushed because of our sins;
the disciplining that makes us whole fell on him,
and by his bruises* we are healed.

When looking at it from the devil's point of view (being carnal minded)... it's all wrong

In fact, satan thinks God is a terrorist!

That's cause God's gonna put him in hell before long... right where that rat belongs!

What's the punch line? You'll have to explain that one. Is there one single instance in the entire Word where Jesus refused to heal anybody? Just one?

I'm not the one making the case that God does not heal...

I'm simply saying the only way anyone can not see that God's Word promises healing is if... they are listening to the devil.

I believe healing is in the atonement just as the forgiveness of sin, here's where people go wrong. We are forgiven for our sins, but is it fully realized here on earth? No it's not. The same with healing of physical sickness and disease, yes we can be healed but we will still die. The full realization of the forgiveness of sins and the realization of healing, when we receive our blessed hope at the revelation of Jesus Christ when we receive our glorified bodies.

Something I found interesting is the Fee is a Pentecostal and back in the day when the Azusa street revival was going on another teacher on the gifts came about, his name was Donald Gee who's dads name was Gordon and I if memory serves me right, Fee's dads name was Donald. Gee has some good teaching on the gift of the Spirit. I believe he was an AoG member as well. Fee is one of the leaders on Greek exegesis around.

Yes we will still die someday... the Word says it's appointed unto man once to die (Hebrews 9:27)

But, while we are here... the Lord wants us well.

That's why He put this in His Book:

James 5:14
Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:
And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. (OSAS folks hate that last part
)

The reason He starts off saying "is there any sick among you" is because... there should not be any sick among God's people!

Back when I was a young Christian, I had a hard time finding any elders that could pray the prayer of faith... so I just went directly to the Source Himself and receive fo my own self and still do!
