in order to love one another, we MUST do righteous deeds from heart purity towards one another, by keeping His commandments hidden and treasured within our heart, (bible 101)...also known as the Law of the Spirit, because faith without works is dead. James said even the devils believe.
That is NOT the gospel.

Religion always gets the gospel and the ways of God backwards. It is because we have the love of God in us and that we are already righteous in Christ because of His work - His life in us will manifest in doing good deeds.

Your way has it all backwards and has "you" as the source of righteousness and love. Tragic error of a works-based/ works-righteousness religious non-gospel of works which ironically nullifies the very grace of God needed to walk free and exhibit His life to a hurt and dying world.

Abraham lied a bunch of times and even put his wife in danger by giving her to a heathen king for his harem. The heathen king found her to be beautiful and Abraham was scared he would die if the heathen king didn't get Sarah. So that weakling Abraham gave her up to save himself.

Instead of trusting God for his protection., Abraham feared the heathen king instead and let his wife suffer for it. (Thankfully God came through and delivered her from getting raped) But not thanks to Abraham. And also., God didn't reprimand Abraham., God reprimanded the heathen king AND made the heathen king apologize and ask forgiveness of Abraham.

That's called grace and God deals with His people by grace.

It is a simple "yes or No" answer.

All the Scriptures you were given provide the context from your interpretation. They are referring to God's Law which includes the 4th commandment (7th Day Sabbath; Ex 20:8-11).

Why do I need to answer anything that comes from you when you have not answered any of my questions in the past? We must follow God's Word over the teachings of man. I will answer yours if you answer my questions.

Please show me a single bible verse that says;

The Sabbath (seventh day) was ever changed from the seventh to the first day of the week?

Where we are told to keep the first day of the week holy?

Where the first day of the week (Sunday) is ever called a holy day?

That says that Jesus ever kept the first day (Sunday)?

That tells us to keep the first day in honour of the resurrection of Christ?

Where the first day is ever given any sacred name?

That affirms that any of the apostles ever kept the first day as the Sabbath?

From any apostolic writings that authorizes Sunday observance as the Sabbath of God?

Where we are told not to work on the first day of the week?

That says the seventh day is no longer God's Sabbath day?

That says the seventh day Sabbath is ABOLISHED?

Where the apostles ever taught any convert to keep the first day of the week as a Sabbath?

Where the first day was ever appointed to be kept as the Lord's Day?

Where the first day of the week is ever called the Lord's Day?

That says that the first day of the week was ever sanctified and hallowed as a day of rest?

That says that the Father or the Son (Jesus) rested on the first day of the week?

That says that Jesus, Paul or any other of the apostles taught anyone to observe the first day of the week as the Sabbath?

That calls the seventh day the “Jewish Sabbath” or one text that calls Sunday the “Christian Sabbath”?

Telling man to keep the first day of the week holy or to worship or rest on the first day of the week?

Authorizing anyone to set aside God's Sabbath and observe any other day?

Showing any of the apostles keeping the first day of the week as the Sabbath?

Authorizing someone to set aside the fourth Commandment and observe any other day of the week?

Where any apostle taught us to keep the first day of the week as the Sabbath?

Declaring that the seventh day is no longer the Eternal Sabbath day?

Where Sunday is now appointed to be kept as the New Testament Sabbath or holy day?

Ok looking forward to seeing those scriptures from God's Word:) If they are not there and you cannot show me, why do you not believe God's Word?
I rest my case again. I am not interacting with this deceitfulness anymore.

The saints have been warned of this Judaizing spirit. To those that know that Christ is the true substance and that He is our true Sabbath rest and like to observe Him on Friday until Saturday as a shadow and it is not sinning or dis-obeying God if Christians don't - I say "Happy Sabbath".

To those that continue to distort the gospel of the grace of God in Christ by saying that Christians are sinning and dis-0being God if they don't follow the Sabbath as in the Old testament - I will boldly proclaim the Lord Jesus Christ and His finished work and stand against any Judaizing. It nullifies the very grace of God in our lives and it is exchanging Christ Himself for the law of Moses.

Galatians 2:21 (YLT)
[SUP]21 [/SUP] I do not make void the grace of God, for if righteousness be through law--then Christ died in vain.

You still show your confusion and ignorance - Sunday worship is NOT a replacement for the Sabbath!
Thats just you hopelessly befuddled with your own SDA propaganda!

The Sabbath was a REST day NOT a day for worship anyway.
You were not allowed to go anyway, do work of any kind, or even lift a heavy burden... remember!!

What is a replacement for the Sabbath (the weekly one) is the New covenant relationship that we have with God - the one so completely spelled out in Hebrews - where Jesus is our Sabbath rest (you know the true Sabbath rest revealed in Genesis chapter 2 and finally fulfilled in Jesus Christ, the one you don't believe in), not a rest day every seven days that was added along with the rest of the law because of sin!

The seventh day Sabbath was always just a VERY pale reminder of what was lost as a result of the fall - nothing more...
Amen...well said - and they are supposed to stone everyone that doesn't keep the Sabbath as outlined in the Old Testament too. They don't do that and thus they break the very Sabbath every day and yet try to get others to follow it.

Ironically the same ones that are trying to get Christians to desert the Lord for the observing of the Sabbath day within itself are guilty of breaking the Sabbath. Such is the way of the religious spirit and in effect it shows that the Law is working in their lives - it exposes their need for a Savior!

This below is why we use "great boldness in our speech" to the Judaizing spirit that comes to pervert the gospel of Christ. Until they see Christ as their all in all and their true Sabbath rest - they will forever be deceived by the Old Covenant mindset.

2 Corinthians 3:12-16 (NASB)
[SUP]12 [/SUP] Therefore having such a hope, we use great boldness in our speech,

[SUP]13 [/SUP] and are not like Moses, who used to put a veil over his face so that the sons of Israel would not look intently at the end of what was fading away.

[SUP]14 [/SUP] But their minds were hardened; for until this very day at the reading of the old covenant the same veil remains unlifted, because it is removed in Christ.

[SUP]15 [/SUP] But to this day whenever Moses is read, a veil lies over their heart;

[SUP]16 [/SUP] but whenever a person turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.

Why do you always expect me to answer your questions yet you answer none of mine? You cannot answer my questions because there is not one bible verse that answers the questions I asked you in your last post to me. If you cant answer them then why do you not believe God? We must follow Jesus because we love him over the traditions of man (Matt 15:3; Acts 5:29)

Who are the saints?

Rev 14:12,
Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Hi Grace777,

What worries me about you the most I think is that you clearly do not know God's Word yet you imagine you do. You close your eyes wide shut when God's Word comes to you because you want to hold on to man made traditions and teachings over the Word of God. It is your choice to do this but know that everyone of us will have to give an account of himself to God for the things that we have done in this life.

JOHN 12:

[SUP]47,[/SUP] If any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
[SUP]48,[/SUP] He that rejects me, and receives not my words, hath one that judges him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

Do you love Jesus Grace777?

LOL..I just love the attempts of spiritual manipulation. "Don't you love Jesus?

It is "code" for - if you don't observe the sabbath day as in the Old Covenant - you don't love Jesus. What a load of religious nonsense.

I told you many times - I don't fall for this type of witchcraft.

The saints have been warned about this Judaizing spirit that comes to distort the gospel and just like Paul in Galatians - we did not stand for this for even one hour "so that" the truth of the gospel would remain with you.

Galatians 2:4-5 (NASB)
[SUP]4 [/SUP] But it was because of the false brethren secretly brought in, who had sneaked in to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, in order to bring us into bondage.

[SUP]5[/SUP] But we did not yield in subjection to them for even an hour, so that the truth of the gospel would remain with you.

Good Question.

Which do you Love?

Your work and understanding of the law?

Or the Lord Jesus Christ?

Did you know you have to pick one or the other?

That's gotta be a pretty scary concept for a legalist.

But don't be too scared. Once you give up all your work of the law and come to Christ He will cause you to walk in His Real Law, not your silly carnal understanding of what you think you must work at.

Hebrews 7:19 [FONT=&quot]For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.[/FONT]

A legalist is someone seeking to obtain the kingdom by climbing back another way without belief/faithfulness in Jesus Christ…By adhering to the doctrine of hyper/easy-grace and Penal Substation one falls into a religious form of legalism perceiving they are righteous by proxy….......knowing this first; any doctrine that doesn’t conform one to godliness is a doctrine of legalism and devils…..What happens is the law of the Spirit becomes framed in mischief to justify one’s own disobedience, thus producing a dead faith rather than a faith that worketh by love……be blessed

6 For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.7 For the mind that is set on the flesh is hostile to God, for it does not submit to God's law; indeed, it cannot.8 Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.
9 You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if in fact the Spirit of God dwells in you. Anyone who does not have the Spirit of Christ does not belong to him.10 But if Christ is in you, although the body is dead because of sin, the Spirit is life because of(jesus christ ) righteousness.11 If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.Romans 8
please read and understand your scripture in harmonization with the WHOLE COUNCIL OF GOD,,,,this does not mean that Jesus is your righteousness, He is your righteous example to follow after by influence upon the heart. He is not your legalized proxy like Martin Luther INVENTED which is religious-legalism looking to make provisions for the flesh......the flesh kings will always look for verses that they think justifies their iniquity, this is why they are kings of the flesh....

What is salvation by proxy?
And how is it 100% religious legalism?

Is not religious legalism earning salvation?

Believing that Jesus righteousness is transferred to them therefore they are saved because Jesus obeyed for them...This false premise is the exact opposite of what the scriptures teach..They look for religious doctrinal means to circumvent obedience to the truth from heart purity...none will enter the kingdom in this fashion..these seek to keep their filthy rags and still come to the wedding supper with out the proper attire of having white robes...

filthy rags are the works of the devil and sin, (sinners), and white robes are the works of obedience by faith (saints)...Jesus said none will climb back and crash the wedding supper, but will rather be bound and bundled and cast into the fire.......be blessed

Thanks for responding.

That answers my first question but I can't see how it relates to my second question.

Not being obtuse but to me legalism is works that we do in order to be saved and stay saved.
If it's not as a result of faith then is not like filthy rags?

Do you think righteousness transferred is the same as imputed righteousness?
If so can you quote bible verses that you interpret to say this is a false premise?

Legalism is the belief that we must earn our salvation,

Salvation by proxy would not be close to this definition. If anything it would be the opposite of legalism.

Greetings Bill...... imputed is a fancy layer term for the biblical word reckoned. To answer your question; deeds done in faith is what is imputed as righteousness...I have a short study that fully explains Romans 3 and Abrahams faith...I will try and post it later today...

By not understanding the nature of the atonement in that Jesus justified the Fathers mercy, they then perceive that some sort of legal transaction took place at the cross This heresy first started with the Roman Catholic Theologian Thomas Aquinas, the inventor of the satisfaction atonement theory, which eclipsed all of what little was left of true Covenant Theology…Luther took Aquinas work and built upon it fabricating Penal Substitution; whereas one becomes saved by proxy in that Jesus suffered God’s wrath (via the volcano satisfaction god ) for them and this Jesus righteousness id magicaly transferred/imputed to them…However scriptures say the wrath of God still abides on the children of DISOBEDIENCE..The whole legalized mess was invented by lawyers, which should be to no one’s surprise, since Jesus cursed the layers 3 times in the gospels.. The habitual nature of sinners is to find a flesh king pundit that makes their flesh feel good, thus avoiding the true gospel of repentance and crucigying the flesh with its evil passions and desires…

of course God's Laws are real and have created a reality that we must live-in
in order to survive - but who in the world is denying Christ's Holy Sacrifice, Salvation???

why is this even an issue? but we know, don't we, the wiley-one is working 'over-time' -
don't worry 'saints', He knows exactly who are His and so do they...
