Ok! Let us see when is a person saved.... As we see even though the "believers" were baptized by a holy person in acts 8, they still did not recieve the Holy Spirit. And when they were baptized by the Holy Spirit later by Jhn and Peter, THEN they were SAVED 100%.

Onlinebuddy. Rebirth Baptism of Holy Spirit and Entering into the Kingdom of God (Into God) all happens when God POUR His Spirit into your body. We see this right through the Bible. God says that people were FILLED with His Spirit! What about their spirit. If they were FILLEd with God's Holy Spirit, where is their spiritthen. Becasue that spirit is now SAVED it is HID in GOD with CHRIST!Then you are saved, andonly ONE THING BRINGS THAT MIRICLE... THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT! That is the moment you are REBORN, SAVED, and GLORIFIED! FOREVER!

Hi Cobus,
It's been quite some time since we've communicated. Good to have you back on my thread.

Regarding Acts 8, there are some questions that do not make sense when I use your line of reasoning. Therefore I need clarifications for the nth time. Thanks for your patience.

Firstly, It says that the Samaritans believed, and then they were baptized (v8)

Question 1: Some doctrines say that belief is enough. So were the Samaritans saved when they believed? What is your take on this?

Question 2: What kind of a baptism was this? To me it seems like water baptism. What do you think?

Question 3: If it was water baptism, was kind of baptism was it? John's baptism?

Question 4: Was it the baptism of the Holy Spirit that took place in v 17?
