I think I've figured out what the 7 heads of the Scarlet Beast that the Harlot of Rev 17 is riding.

7 But the angel said to me, "Why did you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman and of the beast that carries her, which has the seven heads and the ten horns.

9 Here is the mind which has wisdom: The seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman sits.

Mountains often represent Nations or Kingdoms. We know a One World Government is coming with one financial system, one religious system, etc. I believe it is the G7. From Wikipedia...

The G7, or G-7, is a group consisting of the finance ministers of seven developed nations: the U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Canada and Japan. They are the seven wealthiest developed nations on Earth by global net wealth. The G7 represents more than the 63% of net global wealth ($241 trillions), according to Credit Suisse Global Wealth Report October 2013.[SUP][1][/SUP] The last meeting of the G7 took place in May 2013 in Aylesbury in the United Kingdom. Other meetings of the G7 are already planned.

When God pours out His wrath on the Beast and his kingdom, he is repaying Double. The G7 representing nearly 2/3 of the World's wealth is very significant in relation to the trumpets and the vengeance of the future. Folks, we are getting very close to the start of the Tribulation.

I had a dream about this. Call me crazy if you will, but the dream I had I think was regarding Revelation 17. Here is what I dreamed.

Standing on top of the world:
In this dream I was standing litterally on top of the world. Like a giant, but I was not treading on people or the lands below. In the distance, I could hear laughter and faint thudding. As i looked around for the weird sound, It was getting louder each time. Eventually I saw in the distance some movement, by then the laughing I was hearing was coming from a female.
The movement of this thing I saw was running in a zigzag motion.

Eventually what I saw moving as it came closer and closer. It was a woman riding a huge beast. Now I knew were the thudding was coming from. I stood still, and How I kept my calm, supprised me. But as the beast with this woman riding and just laughing and laughing. This beast was coming towards me, it picked up speed all of a sudden, and before i knew it, I ran over me, Not litterally, but ran right over my head and carried on its journey running around the world. Now the part that's stuck in my head for days on end. I saw like 4 to 5 different types of heads possibly more but 5 I saw at a quick glance, some with horns, some without. each head I saw was different.

Now I don't know about you? what's your thoughts on this. But would you say that God was showing me Revelation 17?

The Great Dragon, representing Satan-the power behind the seven-headed wild beast, described in Revelations 13, is signified by the seven-crowns (political organizations) and ten-horns (completeness in a physical way to things on earth).-Luke 4:6; 1 John 5:19; 2 Corinthians 4:4; Ephesians 2:2; Revelations 13:1, 2.

The first beast, similar to the dragon, came from “the sea/waters” (mankind) as a significant political world powers. (Isaiah 17:12, 13; Revelations 17:15) Keep in mind that “beasts” are consistently used in the Bible as symbols of political governments. Compare the description of this beast to the beast described in Daniel’s vision.-Daniel 7:2-8; 7:17.

Revelations states that “five have fallen” of the nations that are represented by the seven headed beast, (Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, and Greece). “One is” (Rome) and “one yet arrived.” The next world power-after the Roman Empire-is none other than Britain and its offshoot: the United States?-Revelations 17:9, 10.

Did not both of these countries become crippled and drained economically as a result of World War 1? However, they did revive and were healed. This was described as a “death stroke” to the seventh head of the beast. Later, reference to a “sword stroke” was used-which usually indicates warfare.-Revelations 13:3, 12, 14.

The two-horned wild beast arrived differently from the first wild beast. It ascended “out of the earth” meaning that it came out of Satan’s already established earthly system of things-a world power already in existence. The two horns “like a lamb” signify two political entities that make it out to be mild and inoffensive. The “beast” referred to as the “eighth king” at Revelations 17:11 also refers to the same entities: League of Nations and United Nations.-Revelations 13:11-13
