The bible tells us to be holy for God is Holy. (free from sin and sinful affections.)
The bible also tells us not to sin.
Is it possible for a Christian to go through each day without sinning or do we sin all the time without knowing it?

Romans 7:14
For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. 15For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. 16If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. 17Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. 18For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. 19For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. 20Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.21I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. 22For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: 23But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. 24O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? 25I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

Rom 6:11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Rom 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
Rom 6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
Rom 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Your OP question asks if we are sinless and the answer is NO. As long as you are in a flesh body, you sin whether you acknowledge it or not. If we didn't, we wouldn't need jesus as our mediator.

As does anyone who claims Christ, and is honest with themselves, and holds themselves beneath the weight of Scripture.
We struggle now,
but will no longer struggle once this flesh is replaced in the Resurrection,
or rapture if we live to see that Day.

I do not commit sin. Christ is not a minister of sin. The problem is that we do not understand what sin is.

I might be missing you slightly.
Explain just a bit that I might catch up.

We sin not. Its only when Jesus knows that I consider me to be the only one of us not in sin that sin is truly considered. Jesus knows each of us are in sin. By knowing Jesus we sin in awareness and strive to be without sin by asking of him so that he will give us freedom from sin

Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink ; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 11 The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water? 12 Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle? 13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst ; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

It means that if I am dead to the law and sin, how can I continue to sin? No. I do not commit sin any longer. My life is of faith now, as anything that is not of faith, is sin.

If Christ lives in us, how can we still be sinners?

Remember people Christ died once to sin. He can neither die or be subject to sin again.

The OP question comes very close to inspiring doubt. I am not criticizing the poster at all, but I do have a message of hope based on the teachings of the Word.

All of us who have named Jesus Christ as our Salvation and Savior are being perfected. His work in each of us will continue until we each are perfected, and none will be perfected before He returns. This is true, and this is just one of our gifts, hope. Keep the faith, keep the hope, and never lose the loved that came into you when you first knew Jesus Christ is Lord, amen. God bless each one, amen.

Thee correct answer is not no but yes we can live free from sin. How you say? Well Jesus was our example he lived in this same flesh free from sin! Now if you argue the point he was God in the flesh well ok and? That same God portion is in us that same Spirit is in us. The key is yielding to the Spirit and not walking after the flesh which is the challenge but if we ever do come in union and total reliance upon the God portion of us and walk in the Spirit we can be free from sin.
The more we practice sin the better we get at it. We do sin some willful some ignorantly but here is a news flash. The less we practice sin the better we will get at it! Just some thoughts

The pivotal words in the OP question are "without sinning."

The guilt of our sin is no longer counted against us because we live in the grace given by the Blood of the Lamb.

Even Paul taught though he lived because of Jesus Christ, he was dead because of sin, etc. There is no need to overlook this truth in order to feel better or convince others they do not sin.

According to John, anyone who says he has no sin is a liar, and the truth is not in him. We are new creatures in Jesus Christ, amen.

We are not of ourselves sinless, nor are we dead to the law. "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23), "But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away" (Isaiah 64:6), "There is none righteous, no, not one" (Romans 3:10).

We are however perfected in Christ. Its our faith in he who was sinless that dissolves us of our sins upon repentance. We are not dead to the law, but freed from the curse of the law. Christ did not change or nullify the law, he fulfilled the law for all those who believe in him, i.e; sin=death. Being washed in the blood of the lamb is the only way we can be presented blameless come judgement. But when we break the commandments, we do in fact commit sin.

As we are born again we are sinless, it's our mind that needs to catch up through renewing as to who we truly are.

I cannot imagine denying my Lord and Saviour and my High Priest,
who sits on the right hand of God on the Holy throne, beceeching,
interceding, for me when I fail Him....

be it far from me, a 'sinner', no, I am not perfect yet,

No sir, the question is not if we are sinless, I asked if we can go thru each day without sinning?
Not counting your past screwups days prior, lets say you get a clean slate the night before, because you repented of every know and unknown sin, then when you wake in the morning till you go to bed at night, do you think it is possible for a child of God go without sinning?

Ok, then to put it this way, NO. And the reason if you care to know, is we are not yet made perfect.
