Like I said...24 needed to start rolling dice. 12 sponsored travelers. The sponsor decides what the neccessities of life are according to the flesh.

It would help if you would explain that 12-24 thing because you say "12 travellers" but "a total of 24". 
Now a little feedback too, if I'm understanding well 12 players are needed to start playing at all. Well that is a very limiting factor for your game. In most circumstances there will be less than 12 players so you might want to change that rule.

Jon in case you haven't noticed we have already changed the rules on you....but we are a fun loving bunch and would at least listen/read you shortened version of rules that you could just tell us what we are supposed to be doing right now....Sirk hasn't rolled three dice.....SIRK if you have three dice roll or Blond can roll for you and tell you your number let me know.....
The 12 sponsor and 12 traveler rule is not impossible...and it weeds out the initial weeds in starting the game. Like I said...makes no difference to me...I am simply trying to be a good steward of this game. It's free, but do let me know if you have the means to play it according to the rules...and I will join you.
