3 This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
[SUP]2 [/SUP]That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
[SUP]3 [/SUP]Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
[SUP]4 [/SUP]And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
[SUP]6 [/SUP]Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
[SUP]7 [/SUP]But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
[SUP]10 [/SUP]But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
[SUP]11 [/SUP]Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
[SUP]12 [/SUP]Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
[SUP]13 [/SUP]Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
[SUP]14 [/SUP]Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
[SUP]15 [/SUP]And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;
[SUP]16 [/SUP]As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
[SUP]17 [/SUP]Ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness.
[SUP]18 [/SUP]But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

OK, got it...you didn't read the book(s)
but you do take his harbingers seriously
I am still not quite sure though, if you can stand me poking a little deeper?
are you referencing your statements more out of your personal conviction or did your personal convictions change or
perhaps grow stronger AFTER watching the video?

I did happen to notice that Cahn's latest book is 'The Mystery of the Shemitah' is that the same as your 'Schmita'?
These are things I have not really looked into because frankly, I am skeptical of Cahn's revelations but I am aware of his take on things
I have no doubt of day following night (if you know what I mean) but I tend to vere away from what I think is some sensationalistic digging around on Cahn's part
But again, the last 7 years has seen major changes but I can't say the end is tomorrow either...but I won't judge you and I don't think you are judging anyone
I agree that you can warn over and over and over and people will still say 'didn't see that coming' but I am unsure and will just keep praying because I believe God does guide and lead those who are His but I also believe that deception is rampant and that does not exclude the most sincere believers (don't necessairly take that personally...it's what I believe and certainly for myself)

The lord is long suffering toward us and not slack concerning his promises. True, but When the heavens pass away and the elements melt with a ferverant heat, seems N.D. will be included. The exhortation to be diligent, without spot, blameless,and at peace with God are things that we must strive daily for. I used to have a fair sized supply of goods, but I don't now. Also I have thought long on the question about giving to those in need, or shooting them for stealing my goods. When I stayed in Ar. there were hundreds of small groups that were into stocking up for calamity, as many guns as food,which is what it will come down to. I really beleive Jesus words to give to him that ask of thee. In the end we will be called, even greater than now to be Christs witnesses, to be like Jesus. Jesus didn't kill or deny others for a few more days. He willingly bore his cross, drank his cup from the father, was baptised with fire. He loved not his earthly life unto death, and became the greatest witness of the Fathers love ever witnessed on earth. Now I don't disbelieve that God moved you to N.D. Or even that he didn't tell you to be prepared. God even prepares and tells us to also. God bless you and your family in these corrupt times. There is a scripture in the O.T that says.... dont say that the past times were better than now. Evil has been in the world along time. It is coming a time when evil can't hide any more and righteousness will be manifest too We need to take heed to the words ...greater love has no man than this to lay down his life for his friends and for God too.

I never spoke about shooting or harming people. We are in the last days (so last days scriptures apply) however it is my belief that the US will fall before the entire planet goes. In the last days God will pour out His Spirit on people, the young shall dream dream and the old shall prophesy. Have you not had these dreams? have you not heard them prophesy? God has warned people to gather food before the famines. Yet you mock the wisdom to store food? You mention serving others but you will require the food someone else has stored. Maybe being in North Dakota simply has to do with the US' third largest man made reservoir in a state with a very small population- who knows. I certainly don't know. What I do know is that by learning how to live off the land if the electricity shuts off, and gathering supplies (including survival gear and blankets) by storing water and non perishable goods: I will be in a position to actually help after calamity. God most definitely brought us here and His signs abound. We have met other christians here from as far as Florida and New Mexico, who didn't actually know why they came here. They just decided to uproot and move. I think there is something beautiful about knowing the time is drawing near. It lights a fire within you to not waste a moment regarding building on your relationship with God. Why wouldn't we buy supplies? we have jobs, what else would we buy? do you recommend buying a boat and a set of skis? maybe the new land rover? how about that 70" television and get the NFL package? you hypocrites. "Follow God" you say, but you follow the devices of your own wicked heart.

So we should run from the threat of persecution or hard times?
God's judgement, there is not going to be any guess work, or think because of the big decision we dislike it's going to happen all right after.
Sin is always there, even if "blessed" - and is that an inclining of prosperity Gospel in the midst there? Lets move to a place where it's easier? God has placed people where they are, if they are called to somewhere else, more than likely it's not going to be to an "easier" place

I am not a prosperity teacher. I find it somewhat amusing that a post as simple as "It's time to fly America, the US is the great harlot" can lead to so many tangents for me to defend against.
As some have posted before. Gods wrath isn't intended for His bride. After His wrath comes to America I presume it won't be easy at all. That's why I think He is giving us time to prepare ourselves.

My expectations for September aren't beyond a mystery. I don't know what God intends for His Shemitah. However, I presume it will be something significant. The last day of the Shemita in 2008 the stock fell 777 points. There are those people who believe all of these things are coincidences. Along with the trumpet like noises, the animal die offs, the blood red waters, the signs in the stars, sun and sky etc etc. I'm simply not one of those people. God said there would be signs, He's giving us signs (lots of them) and it baffles me "christians" are the hardest ones to talk to about it.
