Brothers, Sisters and Friends,

Let us turn our attention unto Psalm 20:1-3 which states, “The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee; Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion; remember all thy offerings, and accept thy burnt sacrifices; Selah.”

The universal application of (in the day) of trouble points to any and every day that trouble might come your way. The Psalmist desires for God to hear thy pleas for assistance and seeks for the God of Jacob (Israel) to defend thee with help and strength from the sanctuary of Zion itself. He also calls for the Lord to remember all of the (offerings and burnt sacrifices) that have been made by the ones needing to be heard by God in the day of trouble.

Have you offered unto the Lord yourself as a (living sacrifice) and are you right with God so as to have your prayers heard by God. God has, can and will shut his eyes and ears to those who are rebellious. Seek ye the Lord while he may be found and may the Lord hear thee in the day of trouble my friends.

The difficult times ahead will require help from on high for God's people.......
