Yes there are Prophets here and I am one.

This verse is interference to the fall of Babylon a future event to come.

Rejoice over her, heaven, and you saints, apostles, and prophets, because God has executed your judgment on her!
However, there are no verses indicating that that Apostles, Prophets will cease to function and they are still present to bring growth to the people of God.

Now you are the body of Christ, and individual members of it. And God has placed these in the church: first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, next miracles, then gifts of healing, helping, managing, various kinds of languages.

When I was young there was a guy named "Bill Gathard". He had seminars on what our gifts were.
My friend who was with me said,"According to Gathard your base gift is a prophet". I did payed no attention to it. But as time went on it became evident to me that something was different about me. I had more insight in scripture than those around me. I was not looking to be a prophet. Then I started to prophesy and the prophesying would come to pass as I spoke it. I began receiving Revelation God speaking to me. Let me tell you it shakes you up when you hear a voice and nobody is there.
