Where did your bible come from? From what church did it originate, and when?
Not Rome, that's for sure.

What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision? Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.
(Rom 3:1-2)

Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
(2Pe 1:20-21)

Ok, so from what I read here..............

1) If one believes in Free Will, their beliefs are "very unscriptural," and based on a philosophy of man...........

2) If one goes with Calvin, as long as they don't take it "to extremes," then their "basic premises are solidly Biblical."

Well, no bias there! :)

..............goodness.............sigh...........
the problem is man is now believing to calvin not in the bible. we our own understanding with the help of holy spirit. so, thean commits sin because sometimes they our now idolize calvin
remember , calvin is a man not god. everyone should know what God wants us to understand by our own encountering with Him not just believing on what others says
