Haha! I started off with the best intentions to refute my friend megaman but it kinda backfired.

I'm happy to admit if I'm wrong about something ,although that was probably the first time ever :)

People with non belief in Santa aren't getting together and acting religious like these atheist churches are doing.
How are they acting religious? It's just a group of people with a common interest getting together.
No different than a political rally, green energy convention, car show, etc. Should one suppose all
those things are religions too?

I don't put faith in anything. I don't know how we got here. But just because I don't know doesn't mean I have to accept something without evidence. I refuse to solve a mystery... with a mystery.

There's nothing wrong with saying 'I don't know'. Maybe if more people were comfortable with admitting that then maybe there wouldn't be so many different conflicting theories and stories trying to explain something that we'll probably never know the answer to.
See what I was saying about indoctrination into what you are predisposed to believe? I offered you some very compelling evidence (and can offer you tons more with 1/4 of the Bible being prophecy and much of it fulfilled), but you don't give a whit about evidence. You will just keep on repeating "doesn't mean I have to accept something without evidence. I refuse to solve a mystery... with a mystery." Like the perhaps other thousand times you posted the same thing while insisting on self-imposed abject ignorance.I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't even click on those links:

Add to those links Messianic prophecies, and those like that of Jesus' crucifixion, prophesied many hundreds of years in advance in great detail.

Your refusal to even try to seek out the truth - to even take a look at the other side - to just make excuses for your failure to do so - is why you find yourself among the 4% in the U.S., that is too smart to believe there is a God. Because of your faith in unbelief.

I'm not from the US. And if you want to talk minorities then 2 thirds of the worlds population don't believe in your god.

The bible is not evidence.

Behavior, behavior, behavoir. What they say on paper doesn't matter when their behavoir demonstrates the opposite.

Chill out Pete, that stuff doesn't work on atheists for a reason. The reason is, their rejection of Jesus has nothing to do with evidence or a lack of.

What interests me is how these things start and people flock to them. So, this atheist thing was started by two British comedians. Scientology was started by a science fiction author.

Thus, the atheist mega-church is a joke and Scientology is a work of fiction, yet people would rather be tied in to these things than to surrender to the one true God. Why? Here is my thought:

In this all-out match against sin, others have suffered far worse than you, to say nothing of what Jesus went through—all that bloodshed! So don’t feel sorry for yourselves. Or have you forgotten how good parents treat children, and that God regards you as his children? My dear child, don’t shrug off God’s discipline,
but don’t be crushed by it either.
It’s the child he loves that he disciplines;

the child he embraces, he also corrects.
-Hebrews 12:4-6, The Message
Essentially, people don't want to be corrected and disciplined. They want to live life their way. These false religions help them do that. Yup.

Then where is this evidence?
Where is the evidence that the house I live in has a builder?

If you would quote posts (which had a link to the prior post with links), instead of wasting our mutual time, you wouldn't have had to ask.

Maybe blueprints? Planning permission? Approval?
Ok, but how do I know the blueprints are the exact blueprints for my house? How do I know it's exact and not corrupted or edited when it translated to the final product? As for planning permission and approval, where did all this come from? Who did this? The house I live in was here long before I ever even saw it, let alone lived in it. So how would you propose I find who did this approval and permission, and how can that source be trusted?

Surely you have better evidence that the house I live in has a builder than this.
